Equality, in fact, is the most fundamental issue in the Islamic worldview and one of the branches of the robust tree of Tawhid. Equality aims at eliminating discrimination and moving toward human ascendency. Therefore, this article mainly focuses on scrutinizing the basic and principal issues related to equality and God-given rights or inalienable rights from Imam Ali’s peace be upon him point of view. Despite a brief period of governance of Islamic society, Imam Ali (PBUH), compared to other periods, paid special attention to the many variations among races, languages, colors, religions and political parties. However, a legal analysis of his words and practice in this regard is of great difficulty, because he was not only a jurist and a mystical as well as ethical leader, but also a metaphysics scholar, a Qur’an exegete, an Islamic legal systems commentator and, a governor. Indeed, no historian or writer, however deft and dexterous he maybe, can draw a true picture of the Commander of the Faithful even in a thousand pages, nor can he explain the dreadful events which took place in his time. The things which this thought of, and acted upon, had not until that point been seen or heard by anyone. It is more than a historian can cover even in a very detailed treatise. Hence, whatever picture of Imam Ali is described by author will inevitably be incomplete. The present article attempts to explain equality before the law, in referring to a competent court and receiving just examination from Imam Ali’s (PBUH) viewpoint.

In this paper, we examine the relation between ethics and mathematics and, through the formulas, we conclude a negative or positive behavior. If it was negative, it would behave incorrectly and if it was positive, it would be correct. Of course, each behavior is considered completely separate, and many of the benefits to each behavior may not be known yet. So any behavior will have either positive or negative effects; here is just one example of this template to illustrate them. Smoking was considered as a behavior. Given the advantages and disadvantages, an impact was defined for each, and eventually these impacts were expressed in terms of numbers, and the result was a negative number, which indicates that smoking is a negative behavior.

How can one expect a rational growth and development of urban communities without a definite guide line for applying fixed elements on city planning such as Park? Introduction: City Planning; the unified development of cities and their environments. For most of its history, city planning dealt primarily with the regulation of land use and the physical arrangement of city structures, as guided by architectural, engineering, and land-development criteria. In the mid-1920th century it broadened to include the comprehensive guidance of the physical, economic, and social environment of a community.Elements characteristic of city planning include (1) General plans that summarize the objectives of land development; (2) Zoning and subdivision controls that specify permissible land uses, densities, and requirements for streets, utility services, and other improvements;(3) Plans for traffic flow and public transportation; (4) Strategies for economic revitalization of depressed urban and rural areas; (5) Strategies for supportive action to help disadvantaged social groups; and (6) Guidelines for environmental protection and preservation of scarce resources. City planning is conducted by governments on all levels—local, county, regional, state, and federal—and by private groups. It is also a subject of university-level study and Professional societies.

Prevention from corruption is a way to be traversed with faith and enthusiasm, act within it intelligently and responsibly to gain success through participation and accurate knowledge about the elements causing corruption and ways to confront it. Corruption is like A.I.D.S disease, that if not controlled with precautions, might infect individuals and in this ways, its treatment might be difficult and with high costs, and in some cases, irrecoverable consequences; moreover, the context of its outbreak still remains, and due to its latent secrecy, it’s not identifiable in many cases, so that we cannot directly struggle with it. In order to confront corruption we have to gain a clear knowledge about it. Treatments will not be possible unless we know the disease. In this research, we are trying to identify the elements and roots of corruption occurrence and ways to confront it. The roots of corruption occurrence are declared in 4 factors (social, economic, cultural& official, management) and their subsets, and finally we mention the ways to confront this phenomena.

For the first time, a Swiss doctor named "Johannes Hofer" coined and used this term in an article he published to describe the mental states of two patients. This article was written on June 22, 1688. One of Dr. Hofer's patients was a student from the city of Bern who had come to Basel, and the other patient of this doctor was a servant. Both of these people recovered completely after returning to their families. Of course, in today's psychiatry, the correct term to refer to the problem of these patients is "adjustment disorder". Nostalgia and memories of the happy times of the past and complaints about the times and the present are topics that everyone always discusses. But this discussion has a special place in literature and poetry, and the expression of this issue is more profound in poets than others. This research attempts to address the position of nostalgia in contemporary literature and the works of the poets in question. Nostalgia is one of the most significant topics in Persian literature, which has not been discussed much. In short, nostalgia is a bitter and sweet inner feeling; They have defined objects, persons, and situations of the past, and its other meaning is a strong longing for the hometown.

The great German philosopher, Hegel established the magnificent foundation of his absolute Idealism, benefiting from Greek's Idealism, and criticizing and rejecting Kantian noumenon and based on the principle of identity of knowledge and being. He believed that dualism is the source of need to philosophy, and that to prevail up this dualism is the responsibility of philosophy. Hegel's Absolute Idealism, with this presupposition, ought to deduce all the being from pure thought or primal reason. But Hegel's philosophy, in undertaking the burden of this responsibility encountered problems such as ambiguous deduction of nature from logic, the absence of exact interpretation of existing probabilities in nature, the return of Kantian noumenon at the time of explaining the probable details of nature and Hegel's unsuccessful manner in "phenomenology of spirit" in undertaking the above mentioned responsibility.

Choosing a proper technology is one of the most important challenges in establishment and expanding of an industrial unit. In the cellulose industry, various technologies can be used and each of them includes advantages and disadvantages. In this case, technology selection is very critical, therefore the cellulose industry is considered as the case study in this research. The ANP method is one of the latest amongst the multi-criteria decision making methods and the technology selection is also a multi-criteria decision making challenge. In the first step of the research, the expert’s opinions are used to detect the alternatives. In the next stage, a model is chosen from the previous. In order to determine the level of dependency of each criterion on the considered industry, criteria are sifted by Shanon Entropy technique. In the next step, another questionnaire is created by means of the current DEMATEL technique, in order to detect the expert’s opinion about interior dependency of different. The last questionnaires are developed for the pairwise comparison between model elements and for comparing the alternatives. Finally, the resulted data are imported to Super Decision software in order to evaluate the alternatives and consequently, the most proper technology is selected.

The only way to understand the connections and interdependencies of such a huge, complicated and dynamic system is to have a systemic point of view. And public policy which is considered as inherently complicated field must be dealt with a COMPLICATED manner. In this regard, the dynamics of the system arises as a multidisciplinary field. System dynamics is a perspective and a set of conceptual tools that enable us to understand the structure and dynamics of complex systems. In this paper, we will pay attention to the relationship between public policy and the global view of system dynamics, how to solve complex problems in the process of policy-making by the means of dynamics of the system, namely the process of dynamic modeling, the causal loop diagram, to convert the causal loop diagram into a cumulative flow diagrams and simulation of models by means of computer software, and eventually the potential contributions of systems techniques to matters related to public policy.
