One of these variables that have an important role in many organizations today is organizational citizenship behavior. So the present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on performance customer Personality. In this study, data were collected to assess relationship between organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with customer satisfaction, behavioral intentions, Loyalty intentions and customer perceptions of service quality. The Pearson correlation coefficients, structural equation modeling and Friedman ANOVA were used for data analysis.The results showed that the mean comparison between organizational citizenship behavior and performance customer Personality were statisticaly significant (p ≤ 0.05). Food security is mainly comprised of three components- food availability, access and stability. The agricultural development depends upon its package approach. Irrigation, fertilizer, type of farming, size of landholding, employment structures are the main components. The study area has been chosen as the micro unit of analysis. Village wise seven indicators of food security and four indicators of agricultural development have been computed to illustrate the relationship between food security and agricultural development. The results presented here rely on data collected from a random sample of 160 household in the study area, using well-structured questionnaire. Exploring the linkage of being a recipient of micro finance with improving health conditions was the main purpose. Information was collected through individual interviews of micro finance recipients in a certain area of the Northern Bangladesh. It has been found that micro finance program has been able to improve recipients’ hygienic knowledge. The number of people cleaning both hands before taking meals, using clean water during cooking and drinking arsenic free water found mainly rising. Therefore, considering that the market share of handmade carpet competitors such as flooring is increasing, and one of the factors is strongest substitutes for this product; hence, appropriate action should be taken so as to maintain and surpass in this competitive market of flooring by using knowledge of marketing, application tools and suitable solutions of marketing in this field. This research is in terms of practical and descriptive approach. A questionnaire was designed for this study that after validation distributed among vendors of handmade carpet in Khorasan Razavi. The results indicate that all the strategies which considered in this paper are effective on domestic sales of hand made carpet. In the present study, the researcher tried to examine whether there is any difference between computer-based test results (henceforth CBT) and paper-based test (PPT) results of a reading comprehension test as well as exploring the relationship between students' prior computer experience and their test performance in CBT. Two equivalent tests were administered to one group of EFL learners in two different occasions, one in paper-based format and the other in computer-based test. Method of research is experimental – field that students of two different classes from two schools, one group as experimental (61 persons) and another as control group (64 persons) were selected randomly. for dynamic balance walking on balance wood and for agility measuring 9×4 running have been used have been used. At first, pretest variables of both groups were measured. Then, experimental group practiced 12 sessions of approval education ministry’s exercises individually and gregariously that each section was 45 minutes. Findings: In this study analysis was performed by descriptive statistic such as mean, and standard deviation and method OF T test. Also analysis was conducted using SPSS 16 and Excel 2007. Comparison between results of pretest and protest of both groups, i.e. experimental and control, showed that attendance in Tanavarz plan caused that trained group improved their dynamic balance and balance abilities in comparison to control group. This difference of confidence limit p ≥ 0.05 and p ≥ 0.01 is meaningful.
