This article explores how social semiotic analysis promotes the field of critical discourse analysis and visual studies in EFL/ESL teaching materials, media, educational software packages, and also other language-related fields of study. At first glance, the article attempts to introduce social semiotics as a systematic methodology and discipline through summarizing theoretical backgrounds and methodological foundations. Secondly, it elaborates close relationships among the language, signs, and cultural values as meaning making resources and how these interrelated concepts are discussed in various studies in the past years. The article finally reviews a variety of studies done in this field and emphasizes that social semiotics is the key to highlight the hidden meanings usually imposed and dictated by higher institutions and cultural backgrounds. This article can be of potential help and use for those researchers who require a quick understanding of social semiotics and critical studies in language-related fields to conduct research in these areas.

The identity of any nation is concerned with the identity of spiritual and material lives in the territory, and its formation in the children institution of any land depends on their familiarity with the national identity and patriotism of their country. In this regard, based on the latest approach to nostalgia, which is the result of the conceptualization and research of the 90s, the proposed scrutiny aimed to study nostalgia in reading textbooks presented to the Iranian primary students. Voice for My Homeland and Liberation from the Cage are mainly among the provided stories in primary textbooks in which the activist has been exiled from his homeland to a cage. In these stories, the actors do not get lost in the different cultural atmospheres of the guest land while preserving their national identity and motherland, and they do their best to get rid of the other and reach the real self. Therefore, through a descriptive-analytical study and some library-based resources, it was attempted to comparatively study nostalgia in the reading textbooks. The results of the study revealed that nostalgia, is a self-related, individual-social emotion that has a dual nature of sadness-happiness combined with a kind of longing for the past evoked by an emotional network resulting from an active or passive external stimulus, the experience of the present link to the experience of memories.

< p>Underground gas reserves in the form of hydrates are a huge source of energy that researchers are looking for ways to extract. The amount of hydrate gas reserves is estimated at more than 1016 cubic meters, which is more than the discovered sources of other fossil fuels, if only 15% of this gas is extracted. But due to problems such as the slow rate of hydrate formation and the high pressure of its formation, his idea remained in the laboratory. After the discovery of hydrate self-preservation, this idea was raised more seriously and a lot of research was done on the use of hydrate for gas storage and transmission. High gas pressure is the most important negative factor in mass production of hydrates for gas storage and transport. The results showed that using these materials, methane hydrate is formed in much more suitable conditions than temperature and pressure. While the equilibrium pressure of methane hydrate formation at 293 ° K is about 34 MPa, with the addition of tetra-hydro-furan at a concentration of 2.5 mol%, this pressure is reduced to about 2.49 MPa, which shows a decrease of 92.6%. Also, at a pressure of 5 MPa, the equilibrium temperature of methane hydrate is about 278 degrees Kelvin, while at the same pressure, the fuzzy equilibrium temperature of a 6 mol solution of tetra-hydro-furan was about 306 degrees Kelvin.

Learning English has become one of the urgencies of the current century, and thus acquiring its diverse language skills relies on the development of learners’ abilities in an educational context. In this domain, teachers play a vital role through scaffolding techniques to aid in enhancing pupil’s educational levels in obtaining learning objectives. The proposed study is considered descriptive-analytical based on its methodology and applied for its purpose. Indeed, the research′s primary purpose is to investigate the impact of scaffolding ELT lessons on students in Iran and to provide useful suggestions for improving EFL learners in the underlying context. The sample size is 60 people (male = 30 and female = 30) in the age range of 15-25 years of both genders, which is carried out based on a random sampling method as the approximate statistical population.Furthermore, 30 English teachers of both genders (male = 15 and female = 15) in the age range of 25-40 years old were interviewed to conclude the true condition in the ELT domain, particularly in Iran. It should also be noted that written consent is received from all participants. Data collection was conducted through some methods like observation. The study′s results revealed that scaffolding techniques influence Iran’s EFL context.

This study investigated the psychological aspects of skin problems. Stress sometimes causes the recurrence of skin disease and sometimes it causes behavior that worsens the appearance of skin disease. For example, a person with facial acne due to stress manipulates his/ or her acne more or makes skin lesions itch more, which causes the occurrence of boils and further expansion is difficult. As a result of stress, hormones such as cortisol are released in the body, which increases the secretion of fat or the recurrence of pimples on the face and body. The skin is the first defense barrier of the body and acts as a physical barrier as well as the first location of defense cells to fight against bacteria, viruses, and infectious agents. Stress can cause an increase in the number of defense cells and their inappropriate activation in the skin, and as a result, it causes autoimmune reactions such as skin sensitivity and psoriasis, and the recurrence of inflammatory skin diseases. Coin baldness that is an autoimmune disease is effective. Stress can reduce the skin's resistance to infections by destroying the skin's defense barrier. In addition, by destroying the protective layer of the skin, it can aggravate the loss of water from the skin and increase the penetration of irritants and sensitizers into the skin. Stress can reduce the growth, division and differentiation of new cells in the skin, as well as prevent proper blood supply to the skin.

Today organizations can play their role by focusing on economic responsibility and organizational wealth creation, in line with their social and environmental responsibilities. The present study was conducted on a green management model for an Iranian sports organization; this research applied in terms of purpose, nature, and method. The statistical population of comprises the study of experts and managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Iran, 70 of whom were selected using the purposive sampling method. Data collection tool which aims to develop a green management model is a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed using the content validity method. The research findings in the form of a model consisting of two parts: In the first part, through exploratory study and expert opinion, 14 main factors of green human resource management success were identified. In the second part, using the interpretive-structural modeling approach, sequences between variables were extracted at eight levels and categorized based on the degree of influence and dependence. Considering the results and also the importance and necessity of green human resource management, it is suggested to that organizations, especially sports pay special attention to green human resource management by using its policies and strategies, be able to achieve goals and align their activities well with environmental goals. The results showed that the support of the environment around the organization and the support of managers and shareholders as the foundation stone of the model and the most significant impact on other variables and the cause of emergence or intensification of other variables to manage green human resources in the organization.

Drilling mud is one of the most important components of rotary drilling, without which drilling is almost impossible. Drilling mud has many functions and applications, including cleaning the bottom of wells and transporting drilled debris to the ground, drying and lubrication of drilling tools such as drills, weight pipes and maintenance drilling pipes. From the wall of the well and create an impenetrable layer for the wall to prevent the entry of pressurized floors into the well to prevent the deposition of particles and weight-increasing materials of the drilling mud, while the drilling mud is stationary. Separation of drilled material after reaching the ground level Weight reduction of weight pipes, drill pipes and wall pipes according to Archimedes' law pointed to the hydraulic power of mud pumps to the drill. In this project, the goal is optimal hydraulic design for drilling mud. Due to the fact that in the optimal hydraulic design of drilling mud, the maximum hydraulic power and pump outlet pressure and well geometry are among the limitations, so the only parameters that can be used in the design are adjusting the pump outlet rate and size and number of drill nozzles. In this research, it was tried to design the optimal output rate as well as the number and size of drill nozzles to reduce the pressure drop and increase the hydraulic power of the pump.

In this new millennium, organizations across the globe still raise many issues of human relations. Some issues include racism, sexual orientation, workplace violence, interpersonal conflict, etc. Many of the scientific fields of interest to theorists have studied these problems. One of the most recent organizational issues that has paid a lot of attention to attracted a lack of work or the same indignity and incivility at work. Civility at the workplace has been less noticeable investigating incivility, such a negative impact. The behavior of employees on the basis of efficiency, productivity, and productivity is reduced by time. Despite the increasing research, it has been shown that incivility is a problem in today's organizations. In this regard, 22 managers of public organization were interviewed as semi-structured method and analyzed in three stages of open, axial, and selective coding. This analysis led to the formation of 164 concepts, 17 categories, and 8 propositions that comprise the final model of research based on the Strauss and Corbin (1990) model of paradigm. The results indicate that organizational civility as a central issue and in interaction with cultural and value drivers (causal conditions), organizational support (interventional conditions), orbital planning (background or context), individual and organizational actions (strategies of action), and organizational productivity (outcomes). The interaction of these factors is shown in the final model of the research. In the end, based on this model, suggestions are given for processing the concept of organizational civility in public sector.

Nowadays, scientists in physics, materials, etc. have come to the conclusion that if materials can be prepared in smaller proportions, the bonds that a small material makes with its surrounding phases are much stronger than larger scales. Nanocomposites were produced. In this type of composite material, at least one of the phases of the composite material is in nanometer dimensions. In the discussion of nanomaterials, nanocomposites have a special place. These materials have two or more nanometer components. The presence of particles and fibers in the structure usually creates strength in the substrate. In fact, when particles or fibers are distributed within a substrate, the forces applied to the composite are uniformly transmitted to the particles or fibers. Particles or fibers that are distributed within a substrate are called fillers. Properties such as strength, hardness, physiological properties, and porosity change with the distribution of fillers within the substrate. The substrate can hold the particles apart in such a way that crack growth is delayed. In other words, with proper distribution of fillers in the background material, the crack growth path in the background becomes longer and therefore crack growth is delayed. In addition, the components of nanocomposites have better properties due to the surface interaction between the substrate and the filler. The type and amount of these interactions play an important role in the various properties of nanocomposites such as solubility, optical properties, electrical and mechanical properties.

Man is inherently a social being, since he turned to group life as a necessity to overcome the violence of nature, to do better, and to obtain greater satisfaction. Aristotle considers man to be a social animal by nature. Durkheim considers belonging to a group to be the cause of satisfaction and character development. Hobbes and John locke believe that group life solves life problems and happiness and progress. Group life gives people a sense of belonging, security, and worth. Man has always felt happy to be with those around him and his relatives, and he has forgotten his sorrows and worries in public. The support of family and friends in times of crisis also brings comfort. Mesmer, who was instrumental in the emergence and expansion of group therapy, believed in the mysterious power of animal magnetism in the human body and, for the first time, used indoctrination to treat the mentally ill as a group. The regular and codified history of group therapy, which has been proposed in the nineteenth century, can be studied in the early period from 1905-1932 and the development period from 1932 to the present day, which has been studied in this paper.

In this article, the validity of ordinary documents was examined in real estate transactions. Real estate transactions without setting up an official document are important issues that happen a lot. Today, most transactions that are regulated regarding immovable property are normal, and the conflict between social realities or registration regulations, etc. has caused many problems in the society and especially in the courts of law. According to articles 46 and 47 of the document registration law, many transfers regarding real estate interests must be registered. Otherwise, according to article 48 of the said law, such documents will not be accepted in any of the departments and courts. Scholars and jurists have expressed different opinions regarding the validity of ordinary documents in immovable transactions, and there is still no fixed and uniform judicial procedure between the courts. However, it seems that the courts have reached a consensus in some cases and adopted almost a fixed procedure. The interpretation of articles 46, 47, and 48 of the Real Estate Registration Law by lawyers and courts does not have the same unity, and on the other hand, the practice of courts and judges' interpretation of these articles are not the same and there are different opinions in this field.

Objective: The main objective of this study is to know and understand the mind of every individual regarding gender difference and math anxiety influence on boys’ and girls’ performance in mathematics because many researchers have found out that there is no clear distinction on it.Method: 60 students were randomly chosen from a total of 1531 students in Sherubtse College to be the respondents in this study and enrolled in spring 2021. There were 32 males and 28 females among the 60 respondents. The quantitative method was used for this study as the data were reliable and generalized to a larger population. In addition, the stratified random sampling was and the participants randomly from the first, the second, and the third-year base on their gender were selected. Firstly, the descriptive statistical test was conducted SPSS software to examine the significant differences between independent variable that is gender and other dependent variables such Indicators of Math Anxiety (IMA-Total) based on Parkinson's Four Factors of Emotion Theory, Math Anxiety Questionnaire for Adults (MAQA-Total), and Mathematics Anxiety Rating Scale (MARS-Total) to observe gender differences regarding math anxiety amongst male and female students in the college.Findings: The statistical t-test determined that whether there was a significant difference in level of math anxiety between the two different groups such as male and female in general. The descriptive statistics indicates that there is no significant difference in math anxiety between male and female students however, there is a slight difference between gender and math anxiety in the college. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that there is no significant difference regarding math anxiety between male and female students of the Sherubtse College. Therefore, it can be mentioned that linking mathematics as a male dominance is incorrect and it is a stereotype because no such substantial difference was found in the study to reject the null hypothesis.

The use of information and communication technology in various economic and commercial fields has made the tremendous effects of this phenomenon more visible than before. Many economic advantages of using information and communication technology in economy and commerce include saving exchange costs, increasing the productivity of enterprises and industries, changing the management and production processes of economic enterprises, reducing the cost of searching, more and easier and cheaper access to information, reducing market entry restrictions, more number of suppliers, increase in competition, decrease in monopoly profit, and decrease in cost and price of goods and commercial facilitation have caused increasing attention to this new phenomenon. International organizations under the leadership of the United Nations and its affiliated organizations such as UNCTAD and UN/CEFACT during the past few years by presenting standards and proposed strategies to the member countries, practical measures for the development of electronic commerce and its subcategories, i.e. electronic banking, transport, and electronic transfer of electronic insurance has been implemented in the world. Governments have also taken extensive measures to develop electronic commerce. In these countries, the dynamic and efficient private sector has taken center stage and uses the latest technical developments in its activities. On the other hand, in some advanced developing countries such as Southeast Asian countries, in addition to policy-making and macro-management, governments have provided extensive support for the development of business and electronic banking. The link with the global economy, appropriate economic reforms, development of human resources, economic, legal, technical, telecommunication and communication infrastructure, and a relatively efficient private sector have created suitable conditions for the development of business and electronic banking in these countries.
