The present research has utilized window data envelopment analysis method based on input-oriented CCR to assess the performance trend and to rank the branches of Red Crescent Organization in Eastern Azerbaijan province based on financial indexes. The results of ranking the branches by using the research model showed that the branches of Bostanabad & Heris were ranked in first and second positions. The branches of Hadishar, Azarshahr and Warzeghan were 14th, 15th, and 16th respectively which show their lack of performance efficiencies during the period under investigation.

The present study was aimed to identify the post-purchase behavior of consumer. It was a scientific-review design. Consumer behavior was defined as the study of purchase units and exchange processes including acquisition, consumption and putting aside the goods, services, experiences and ideas. The consumer behavior is a challenging issue including the people, what they purchase the reason and method of purchase, marketing and marketing mix and market. In post-purchase behavior of consumers, the purchased trade mark is compared with other trademarks not being purchased. In order to reduce the cognitive dissonance of post-purchase behavior of consumers, marketers applied different methods. One of the methods is to show the customers consuming the goods and be satisfied with them. The present study reviewed the consumption and behavior of consumer. Then, the attitude of consumer and systematic approach of consumer behavior analysis is investigated. The effective factors on purchase decisions of consumers and current and future customers are explained. Finally, the purchase behavior of the consumer is presented and the discussions are concluded finally.

The rise of the Safavi and special interest of some of the kings of this dynasty led to a revival of religious figures and ideas in the realm of literature religious education during the century. In the course of poets and lyric poetry theme oriented and major mold issue, saying the era unlike Rumi and Hafez, the poet and aspirations he once again placed in focus Saeb Tabrizi in such a situation puts into the realm of poetry and literature. The study suggests that the word Saeb features as a prominent poet of the Safavi era descriptive of the content and technical point of view what he says and how he says - review and answer questions: 1. Saeb as a poet of deep themes theme-oriented or focused? 2. What are the themes and stylistic distinction with what is expressed? 3. The election of a new and innovative way and making its rhetoric saying he fit? The results show Saeb the themes of social, political, moral, philosophical, mystical and romantic, most famous for his care and social concepts. He linguistic and rhetorical features such as rhyme and rhythm, metaphor and allegory to express the individual style and distinct from the other concepts and has the distinction of his poems.

It can be said that a good way of teaching can be assured of learning shows. An experienced teacher can use various teaching methods to achieve the highest possible level of education. Collaboration in teaching methods are such as team effectiveness design, team member teaching design, assessment of performance, brainstorming technique, anonymous brainstorming technique, subject classification, individual learning procedure with the help of a team, research group, development groups and discussion method. Cooperative learning is one of the most remarkable and fertile areas of theory, research, and practice in education. Cooperative learning exists when students work together to accomplish shared learning goals. Each teacher can use cooperative learning experience in every cross. The present study investigated the effect of teaching happiness by Fordyce method to students on their social acceptance and happiness. The subjects participating in the study were 30 female high school students in 1391-1392 at sabzevar high schools. The subjects were selected using random sampling procedures. Then, they were randomly assigned to experimental groups. Oxford social acceptance and happiness questionnaire was used to gather the necessary data. The experimental group recieved 8 sessions instruction on happiness. The oxford questionnaire was assigned to both groups. The gather data were analyzed using analysis of variances. The results showed that happiness instruction significantly increased life satisfaction, self-esteem satisfaction, self well fare and good temperedness of the students.

Recently, literature and its applicability as a powerful source of authentic and rich linguistic materials have received profound attention and consideration. This paper has tried to detect in the researches done on the applicability of literature to language teaching, specially the status of poetry and drama as two powerful genres of literature in the field of language teaching and learning as well as the detailed introduction of their feasibility and application to literature understanding and language teaching. The notion of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial actions as a phenomenon, nowadays, stem from the culture of an organization. Therefore the culture of entrepreneurship in an organization and the participation of staff as entrepreneurs in the organization affairs owe their revelation to the quality of training the staff receive as well as their ability and potentiality in running a competition. This study investigates the effects of macroeconomic variables and their role in development of foreign exchange market. The foreign exchange market is the mechanism by which a person of firm transfers purchasing power form one country to another, obtains or provides credit for international trade transactions, and minimizes exposure to foreign exchange risk. The foreign exchange transaction is an agreement between a buyer and a seller that a given amount of one currency is to be delivered at a specified rate for some other currency. The foreign exchange market provides the physical and institutional structure through which the money of one country is exchanged for that of another country, the rate of exchange between currencies is determined, and foreign exchange transactions are physically completed. Geographically, the foreign exchange market spans the globe, with prices moving and currencies traded somewhere every hour of every business day. The foreign exchange market consists of two tiers: the interbank or wholesale market, and the client or retail market. Participants include banks and nonbank foreign exchange dealers, individuals and firms conducting commercial and investment transactions, speculators and arbitragers, central banks and treasuries, and foreign exchange brokers.

This study examines the reflection of social changes of literature in society. The Sociology of literature, especially in the field of dramatic literature, is a less-known field for researchers. Part of this alienation is due to the need to get familiar with the two fields of sociology and dramatic literature, which is limiting in its way, and the other part is related to the relative lack of work in this field. Of course, some research has been done, and critics such as Georg Lukacs (1885-1971) and Lucien Goldman have done valuable work in this regard. Researchers in the field of literature and art often refer to the writer's social and family conditions to understand artistic-literary works by examining the cultural, economic, and political conditions of the author in different periods of his life; they try to understand the origin of the artistic-literary works of the author and discover the hidden issues. In other words, these researchers start from the author's environmental conditions and reach the emerging works, but the author broke the tradition in this research and, in a move opposite to what has been customary, started from the emerging works and then reached the social conditions. In the term, society is the product of a gathering of people and mutual activities among those who live together and cooperate in reaching a certain goal. In addition, simple regulations govern their normal relations, and institutions and organizations ensure the continuity and stability of their society.

The wide-spread use of online social networking sites has sparked many psychological issues and research around the globe. A unique phenomenon has come into existence in which people rely on Facebook to satisfy their attachment need. It is one of the very innately psychological needs that presents throughout a life span. The present study investigated the interaction between attachment style and social networking site use. The result showed that attachment style contributed significantly to the level of social media use. It also pointed out that the attachment style distinguished significantly between active and non-active users. Future research and implications of the study were discussed.

Establishing the appropriate grounds for the growth and economic development of a society is one of the most important goals of the tax collection. The main objective of this study is to investigate the way the current tax collection method influences on the economic development of Iran. The population is composed of the academic teachers of accounting and economics and senior tax auditors. Three hypotheses are developed and the required data is collected through a researcher made questionnaire which its validity has been confirmed by the academic professors and its reliability has been found to be 84 percent. The findings of t test of the hypotheses reveal that the current tax collection method is effective in enhancing the social welfare but it does not help in increasing the efficiency of the capital market.

Women in the developing countries are considered the prime hope for promotion of families and growth and development of their countries. Success of entrepreneur women in these communities not only leads to economic benefit but also provides social and cultural benefits. The present research aims to study the role of psychological factors on entrepreneurship and financial independence of entrepreneur women of Mazandaran Province. Research method is of library and field type. Statistical population consists of 1000 entrepreneur women holding a technical and vocational skills certificate in different fields. Then, upon collecting the questionnaire containing 48 questions and analyzing the said questions, research hypotheses were tested. Findings have revealed that there is a direct and indirect meaningful relationship between all tangible variables of learning spirit, inner control, independence at work, risk-taking, creativity, innovation, determination and perseverance and intangible variable of entrepreneurship and financial independence of women. Moreover, all variables of learning spirit, inner control, work independence, risk-taking, creativity, innovation, determination and perseverance on entrepreneurship and financial independence of women of Mazandaran Province. Finally, it has concluded about what subjects involved authorities and managers should be more concerned for more development of the said Province.

Product packaging, as a stimulus, is one of parameters which can affect consumer’s purchase behavior and lead them to show purchase reaction. it is packaging that can finally lead a purchaser to purchase or quite purchasing this study is a descriptive are which has been done with the non-parametric kruskal wallis test and X2 test. And the statistic population of this research includes 150 people from final customers of packed dates in moghan. Data collection in this study was through questionnaire and data has been also put into analysis with Kruskal-wallis and X2 tests. Results from this research show that protective packaging. The size of a company shows different perspectives of it in several studies. The present research is going to study the effect of the sizes of firms accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange on their operating performances. Our statistical sample includes 66 firms during the time period between 2006 and 2010. The statistical method used in this research includes the independent t test and a bidirectional variance analysis method. The findings of the research show that the size of the firms affects criteria such as ROA, ROE, REVA, MVA, P/E, M/B, and Q statistically and it does not affect criteria such as EPS, ROI, RI, and EVA. Also regarding EPS and EVA, we can say that firms with big sizes affect these criteria the most and small firms have the least effects on ROI and RI criteria. Also in studying the simultaneous effects of the type of the industry and the sizes of firms on operating performances of them each of operating performance approaches (accounting, financial, value added and integrative approaches) is affected by the industry agent.

By the increase of control on management information systems, the speed and quality of decision making and management are increased. Like other phenomenon, the selection of the best system based on the underlying conditions of the organization is a vital principle. One of the important issues in regional economic literature is external economies resulting from economic specialisation. Regional economists consider economic specialisation as an effective factor of regional development. Therefore, the present study analyzes the effect of the industry economic specialisation on industrial employment in Golestan Province. To do this, Statistical data of the 12 industrial sub-sectors during 2001 - 2010 applied and investigated the effect of factors affecting the industrial employment including the level of economic specialisation of industries using panel data econometrics model. In this paper applications and fields of application of information technology in the insurance industry to assess the impact to explore the impact of information technology on the Iranian insurance companies in terms of five factors increase insurance penetration, reduction of costs, Reducing non-productive activities, increasing the promote safety and increasing the speed operation. The main goal of current research is the effect of mental health of principals in Islamic Azad University of Tehran-East Branch on their job satisfaction. In order to reach goals of the research, theoretical basics and the research background inside and out of the country, were studied and then a set of theories, concepts, background, definitions and symptoms related to lack of mental health and job satisfaction. Then, the researcher has studied the job satisfaction by means of a mental questionnaire and a general health questionnaire consisting 30 four-choice questions. The statistical population of current research consists of all principals in Islamic Azad University of Tehran-East Branch whom some of them were selected as statistical sample. Data collected from questionnaires was analyzed by means of descriptive statistics and also by using the inferential statistics. The results show that mental health of principals affects their job satisfaction. Also various components of mental health of principals are effective on their job satisfaction. Another side mental health and gender of principals have influence on their job satisfaction. Major of study and mental health of principals are effective on job satisfaction and education level and mental health of principals affect their job satisfaction are other result of this research as well.

Transformational leaders, use personal capabilities of individuals to promote peoples' ideals and lead individuals and organizations a higher point of transformational performance. This research aims to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and orientation toward entrepreneurship through correlation research method. Participants of the preset study were 134 employees and managers that were selected randomly through Cochran formula in Mobin Petrochemical Company. Data was collected by Boss and Avolio questionnaires of transformational leadership; and Hogus and Morgan questionnaires on transformational orientation .The data was analyzed through SPSS19 software. Research Findings show that level of using transformational leadership in Mobin Petrochemical Company and dimensions status of EO in Mobin Petrochemical is less than average. Also results of correlation coefficients showed that there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership and Entrepreneurial orientation and its indices. And Results of stepwise regression analysis showed that among transformational leadership components, "inspirational motivation" is the most powerful one to predict entrepreneurial orientation in organization.

This research studies effective factors on divorce and changes of its amount in two recent decades and it compares existed changes in mentioned factors on the basis of 5 groups of them as economic, sexual, personality, communicative and social factors. This research is performed by descriptive- survey method. 130 young person of Khorammabad city who are faced divorce problem, are randomly selected and necessary data are gathered from them by 60 questions of questionnaire. Then results are presented by descriptive method. Pierson correlation coefficient and appointment coefficient are used for determining portion of each of factors. Consequently, role of economic, sexual, personality, communicative and social factors are confirmed in divorce of young person of Khorammabad city. In final conclusion; the economic factor portion was 26.1, social factor portion was 18/9, sexual factor portion was 18/8, personality factor portion was 18/5, and communicative factor portion was 17/7.

The production of energy is not a new term scattered. The traditional structure of the electric power industry has always been based on the absence of active electrical energy production resources in a distributed network, has been based. By increasing the amount of installed capacity, production and these resources because of the different technologies in the construction and use of productive resources, the effects of such resources in parallel operation and connect them with the distribution network to prevent degradation of power quality, reliability and the ability to control the distribution network is very important.
