The present study investigates the mediating role of marital intimacy in the relationship between attitudes toward love and marital satisfaction in married men and women. The statistical population of this study included married men and women in Songor, of whom 174 participants were chosen by convenience sampling. The data were collected using the Love Attitude, Bagarozi Marital Intimacy (2001), and Enrich Marital Satisfaction (1989) questionnaires and analyzed by structural equation modeling using PLS3 software. The results showed that only the components of Eros (β = 0.66 and P <0.001) and Agape (β = 0.31 and P <0.001) were significantly and positively associated with marital satisfaction. In addition, marital intimacy was found to be a mediator for the Eros (β = 0.49 and P <0.001) and Agape (β = 0.31 and P <0.001) components but not for the other components of the love style. This finding highlighted the mediating role of marital intimacy in the relationship between love and marital satisfaction; therefore, it should be taken into account for promoting marital relationships. Our findings also underlined the need to pay more attention to marital intimacy among couples.

We studied panel data for corporate governance ratings in 51 countries between 1996 and 2005 to better understand what the country-level predictors of corporate governance legitimacy might be. Using neo-institutional theory, we found that all three forms of isomorphism influenced corporate governance at the national-level. Specifically, both coercive isomorphic pressures were positively related to perceived corporate governance legitimacy. In addition, both mimetic isomorphic pressures were positively related to perceived legitimacy. Finally, one normative pressure (e.g., religious tension) was negatively related to perceived legitimacy. This study refines and extends the governance literature, as well as the institutional perspective.

Radon is a radioactive noble gas that can be produced from the decay of radium and detected by special devices. In the air, radon compounds stick to the dust particles and other suspended particles and enter into the human body through breathing. Granite is suitable for covering the interior spaces of kitchens due to its beauty, hardness and high strength. On the other hand, radon emission and the increased risk of lung cancer due to the use of granite have created serious concerns. Therefore, in this study the radon emission rate by these stones has been investigated. Results obtained using CR-39 detector and PRASSI device show that the excessive use of granite in the kitchen without proper ventilation will increase residents’ lung cancer rates.

Background: Recent research has indicated that children suffering from specific learning disorders not only encounter a tragic fact of continuous separation in the educational system and in their classes but also face the peril of losing their self-confidence. Hence, such disorders may have a negative impact on children’s mental health. These children often experience loneliness and inferiority complex, communication problems, lack of mental health, postponement of development, psychological problems as well as educational disimprovements. Therefore, such mental-educational problems along with other disorders form a cluster of mishaps in which children may not be able to meet their most superficial needs. Method & Material: The current research has been designed based on the case study model and approximate reasoning approach as an alternative for traditional approaches. The participant of the study is a second-grade pupil who had the primary symptoms of learning disorders in mathematics in Zakariaye Razi Primary School in Mashhad. He was, then, introduced to Baharestan Center of Learning Disorders in Mashhad. The necessary data were collected according to the Wexler Test of Children WISC-R, Bender Gestalt Visual Motor Test, Frastig Perceptive-Visual Discrimination Test, Wapmann Auditory Discrimination Test, Lincoln-Oseretsky Motor Development Tests and Laterality Test. Since the data of the current research were based on the individual pupil, the researcher utilized Rood-Kafman software to analyze them.Findings: The findings of the study indicate that the subject, in the diagnosis test phase, manifested as having operations in line with the pattern of the symbols of math disorder. Despite the fact that he was in the second grade, but the pupil did not meet the objective functions in test operations. Hence, he encountered cognitive obstacles encountered in the classification operations. With respect to the comparison of pre-test - post-test, the study found that he not only needed visual-motor integration and visual fixation skills but also he required spatial-visual skills and strengthening of the calculation skill. Results: In accordance with the mathematical learning of Piaget’s (1998) hierarchy system, the pupil under study will reach the sufficient cognitive scale in solving math problems.

In the field of politics, a variety of trends are presented for studying policy so that research activities are not done based on theory, per se. Until a few decades ago, politics and economics were considered to be two separate issues in the analyses. It is said that liberalism was the underlying reason for the predominance which rejected the relationship between politics and economics. Liberals considered production-distribution-consumption-based economy which follows natural law, while in a political system where there is the power and decision making, the desirable coordination does not exist. This was the dominant view before political economy trend was developed in 1970s. According to the trend, it was no longer possible to take policy and economy as separate phenomena. Economy is related to challenge and power relationships and policy is about decisions determining who grants the advantages and who receives them. No doubt, governments are influenced by both political and economic considerations. In a considerable part of government policies, it is possible to observe the interaction and closeness of economy and policy. The current study aimed at studying the concept of rantier government discussed in the political economy trend as an approach regarding government in terms of its internal and external aspects and the basis of the approach, i.e. rejecting the idea that government is an impartial and neutral object.

This research tries to evaluate the factors detected by the organization and offer the relationship between them under a conceptual model of CRM adoption and also using a technology acceptance model. This research is actually a correlating-study, but can be also considered as an applied research. It is cross-sectional in terms of time, is confined to Tehran in terms of place and is quantitative according to the type of data. The research instrument was a questionnaire whose degree of validity was determined by experts. Cronbach alpha is used for determining its reliability. The statistical population of this study consists of tax agents (employees) of the general office of large tax payers in Tehran. The statistical sample is chosen by a simple random sampling which according to cochran’s formula 140 persons were determined. Data analysis in the process of model formulation was done by the method of confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation, using LISREL software to assess its validity. According to the organizational factors of CRM (education-employee involvement-satisfaction), easy application and usefulness of customer relationship management has a positive and significant impact on CRM adoption which will lead to a better performance in the organization whenever the system is used. Research findings have shown that the adoption of CRM is confirmed in the study population and for this reason it has the potential to be used in the intended population; it was also revealed that in regard with the prioritization of variables, the easy application of customer relationship management will lead to its adoption by tax agents and expedite the performance of the organization.

Several theories have been purposed regarding type and quality of government and politics in the history of Islamic jurisprudence and political doctrines. Theories of jurist absolute mandate (or jurist general authority) and proxy of jurist (the prudent authority) are some of these doctrines. Theory of jurist absolute mandate as the concept of authority over leadership in Muslim community has been confirmed by majority of Islamic jurisprudents from the beginning while doctrine of jurist’s proxy has a short history and it has been posited by some researchers at present time. With comparing these two doctrines, it may be implied that in theory of jurist absolute mandate, immediate divine legality and God’s governance right have caused people to play the role at phase of realization of the government. But they play essential and determinant role at the stage of enforcement of power and governance. In contrast, public legitimacy and right governance over people is the main basis for theory of jurist’s proxy. Given that in this theory since people are joint owners of their land and living place thus they assign right of governance of their land through proxyship to another person or group in order to manage the aforesaid living settlement for symbiosis and peaceful well-being of citizens. Therefore, according to this doctrine, one could assume an original and essential role for the people both at phase of creating the government and at the stage of power enforcement.
