Media messages are endemic in our society through exposure to television and radio, movies, outdoor and point of sale advertising, via newspapers and magazines, on the internet and through books, brochures and posters. News media rely on willing participants, such as police sources, to produce crime stories in an efficient and cost-effective manner. News organizations have offices at police headquarters so reporters are near police sources. This convenient location exposes reporters to official knowledge of crime, selecting a variety of potentially newsworthy crimes from what is known to the police. News media can hold the police accountable to the public by critically evaluating current responses to crime, promoting alternatives, and informing the public. News organizations are in a strategic position to educate the public about the effectiveness of police responses to crime because the public uses media sources to develop opinions about crime.

Umbrella clause sometimes referred to as being loyal to commitment, obligation consideration clause or good-will clause in contracts is a kind of clause present in many bilateral foreign investment treaties and Multi-lateral Energy Charter as well. Despite the fact that umbrella clauses contained in treaties are quite similar and alike, their exact expressions might be a bit different from a treaty to another bilateral foreign investment. This difference among expressions and vocabularies could be the root cause of their various interpretations. Umbrella clause is a legal means set by capital-exporting countries in bilateral investment treaties to support foreign investors and promote the violation from agreement provision to bilateral treaty provisions and consequently modify the source of trials.

The Impossibility of performance of the contract as an exemption from liability, arising from the breach of contract, is an issue which is discussed in the sale contracts. International Sale of Goods which is enacted in 1980, discusses the matter in its Article 79. The CISG abstains to use such terms as Frustration and Force majeure which are used in national legal systems. This prevention of using such terms thought to be the way that CISG keeps itself independence from national legal systems. As a result the CISG ordains its specific terms and conditions to set up the exemption for damages arising from the breach of contract by the person who has faced impediments and breached the contract. This research studies different aspects of the impossibility of performance of contract in The Convention on the International Sale of Goods, therefore not only it presents the concept and bases of occurrence of the Force majeure, it discusses applicable examples such as sanctions and changes in regulations as Force majeure.

The purpose of this study is to identify character traits in Suvushun: from reality to idealism using descriptive- analytical method. First we examine conceptual aspects in the career of Simin Danshwar as the writer of Suvushun. Then, we explore her works and attitudes. Finally, development of main characters in Savushun is critically studied. The findings show that all elements of the story are interrelated including plot, action, character, dialogue, crisis, time and space. Action and character are more important elements. In one hand, the writer has tried to analyze the various aspects of characters in the novel of Suvushun. In the other hand, the relationships of other elements of the story are highlighted such as dialogue, time, space and scene and etc and realism and idealism are discussed because it is evident that the writer believes in characters “Yusof” and “Zari” and etc. Savushun is a combination of idealism and realism, yesterday and tomorrow so this helps its mystery, non-limited and mythology nature. Hence, some critics hold that it is sociologic. Some claims that it is historical and others say it is political. It is seen from different angles so it appears in different colors. However, its internal integrity and general order and coordination denote its unique result. According to Iranian mythology, Yusuf might be killed by an unknown killer or due to a lie in order that his loving son “Khosro” could establish justice in Iran and could abolish Turanian as the contemporary evils (Englishmen).

In general, a gas hydrate is a combination of gas and water. For example, a group of mineral compounds are called solid hydrates. These are ionic solids that ions are surrounded by water molecules and make crystalline solids. In any case, in the gas industry, hydrates are a combination of a small molecule of gas and water. During the nineteenth century, hydrates remained an unknown and controversial topic. Early efforts were focused on understanding what compounds make up hydrates and under what conditions they form. During this period, many the constituents of hydrates were discovered. But it was not until the twentieth century that the industrial importance of gaseous hydrates proved. In the oil industry, the term gas hydrate refers to compounds that are usually gaseous at room temperature. These include methane, ethane, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, etc., and this leads to the term hydrogen and at the same time one of the most common misconceptions about these compounds. Obstruction does not cause much of a problem during normal pipeline operation. However, our unforeseen problems such as pump failure or obstruction problems in the transmission cause hydration and thus blockage of pipelines. It takes several weeks to remove these contractions. The purpose of this work is to investigate the phenomenon of hydrate decomposition in pipelines. A model has been discovered that is similar to the decomposition of hydrates in pipelines. The purpose of this work is to develop an optimal strategy for dehydration in pipelines with bilateral contraction.

Witness argument is important problem in this direction. In all countries, although, witness is one of reason of claim proof and gender do not have effect on its validity in some countries. There are some differences between witness validity of women and men in law regulation of Iran, that writer investigates view which consider the difference of men and women's witness as deficient of woman value ,along with emphasis that witness is duty not right. Also, he has investigated juridical principles of such regulations. It seems that it is necessary to investigate the woman witness issue and such issue. According to draft of many propounded issues in Islamic Republic of Iran throughout issues which are related to human right and existing doubt to their juridical principle. In this paper, the subject has been investigated by using documentary method. Finally, it admitted that witness chapter does not have relation to wisdom and rationalities, but perceptible is discussed here. However, inequality of woman witness value to man is not a reason of inequality of physical and intellectual ability of woman. But it is a strategy on behalf of religious law for exemption from duty, not depriving of right.

This is why that the present study was aimed to study the relationship between intellectual capital and quality of work life. This study is a descriptive-correlation research. The statistical population of this study includes employees of a hospital in the city of Zahedan. A sample of 132 employees was selected randomly from this population. In order to collect the research data, a self-administrated questionnaire was used that includes three parts. The first part of this questionnaire includes the demographic characteristics of respondents. The second part refers to intellectual capital and the second one includes questions of quality of work life. Reliability of the questionnaire has been examined through Cronbachs’ Alpha coefficient. Also the questionnaire was reviewed and modified by academic experts and professors for ensuring its validity. The main statistical methods that have been used for analyzing the research data and testing the hypotheses were correlation coefficient and multiple-regression analysis. The results of this study revealed that there is a significant positive relationship between intellectual capital (human, structural, and customer capitals) and quality of work life. The results also revealed that 36% of the variations of quality of work life can be explained by intellectual capital and its components. Finally, it is should be noted that employees’ dissatisfaction from quality of work life is a problem that destroys the organization and its employees. It is possible to prevent such problems through improving intellectual capital.

The strategic management process implies the management staff has at least three engagements: define, conduct and evaluate applied strategy. However, the most common reasons of firm bankruptcy are linked to wrong implementation and that’s why implementation is often defined as the Achills heel of the strategic management process (Roney, 2004, p. 233). Unfortunately, most strategic planning efforts fail during this crucial phase and firms waste significant resources already invested. This paper examines the literature of strategy implementation and post a link between some critical points, important to reduce errors in strategy implementation and improve firm performance.

A person crosses from Elm al-Yaghin to Ain al-Yaghin when he reaches this state. Ain al-Yaghinis a state where one can see with mind's eye what he has knowledge .To some adepts, Orooj meansto reach the first level of Heaven. To some others,Orooj is to reach the second level. This goes on until one reaches the ultimate level or Arsh. The first person who ever reached Arsh was Prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him. When soul returns to a mystic's body, he has full recollection where he went and what he saw. He can rememberin full details what happened in his journey and can give a full account of it. Mystic's soul may take a one day journey through universe. This journey may last longer to take two, three, or more days - sometimes, evenup to forty days.

A consensus exists among researchers, especially in the Post-Secularism period, that “religion” is the most significant, or relative to other societies and concerning their size, one of the most important sources of culture production, even in the modern world. A religious perspective to different phenomenon has been a common concern for human beings. The present paper examines the relationship between culture and religion and the effect of jurisprudence on the relationship. Determining the meaning of religion and culture, the realm of religion and culture, and the origin of them is the most important issue which influences the discovery of the relationship between culture and religion and the effect of jurisprudence on it. So, we first define religion and culture and discuss the relation between them concerning the definitions given. In the discussion on religion and culture, from among significant approaches, the “objective evidence” approach was dealt with and then the relationship between jurisprudence with will be discussed.
