An unfair acquisition or using without any reason has been accepted as a new source of commitment. In foreign law and in the Romeo- Germanic system it was positioned beside contract and civil responsibility of fault. This rule that nobody can be prosperous on another's loss had been a moral rule that find its way in the legal system. The entrance of this rule into the legal system was due to the lack of specific solution in the quarrels that occurs between demanding and demanded. And the demanded hasn’t done any fault but it was unfairly on the loss of wealthy demanding. The moral and fair foundation of this rule caused this rule to be accepted in most of the legal systems. Although In Egyptian and Iranian law there is no source for accepting this rule but for confirmation of this law some lawyers have used the foreign and Islamic Law. By studying and applying a comparative analysis of this rule in Iran and Egypt in a historical framework and also of its foundation which is an independent organization and the consequences of this rule we can understand that it has been coined for the sake of bridging the gap of legal rights in the Romeo- Germanic system.

The political changes can be analyzed through different theoretical approaches and hereby measured their applicability when the research questions are being scrutinized. This paper mainly concerns on the fact why the Gaddafi Regime collapsed. In order to answer the question, we are inevitable required to apply an analytical framework. The theory of good governance is the analytical framework applied. The writers in this paper mainly emphasize on the fact the Libyan community was the one in which the critical changes weren’t inevitable before the revolution happened in February 2011.the policy of good and efficient governance, either in national or above the national level, could have changed the movements in a different way. The research hypothesis is based on the belief that there would have been no revolution or even such rough violence in this African country if he had made a series of reforms in the country based on the factors needed for good governance, especially in distribution area, cooperation, legitimation and interaction above the national levels. So, it seems the changes seen in Libya are due to the infirmity in good governance.

This study explores the existence of Look-To-The-East idea in Malaya during Japanese occupation era between 1941 and 1945. During this period, the field of journalism and press have been dominated by the Japanese administration or Malayan Military Administration (MMA). Mass communication mediums such as newspapers and magazines have been used as propaganda tools by MMA. Their main purpose was to dominate the field of journalism and press printing to gather people's support in their war campaigns. The government also exploited newspapers and magazines to obtain cooperation from people in all plans they wished to implement. To dominate the field of journalism, MMA had instructed that all efforts related to the publication must obtain prior authorization. Although the printed media in Malaya then was made the propaganda tool by the Japanese administrators, the Look-To-The-East idea was propogated through various newspapers and magazines such as Berita Malai, Malai Sinpo, Semangat Asia, Suara Timur and Fajar Asia. This study explores the existence of the Look-To-The-East idea that can be found in Malai Sinpo newspaper and Semangat Asia magazine. It can be divided into politics, social, culture and arts, language, economy, youth, women, family, religion and education areas. This study is centralized upon and focuses on only the social area.

The high capacity of gas hydrate in natural gas storage makes it attractive to use it for storage and transportation of natural gas and other gases as a competitor to liquefaction and condensation methods. Since the 1960s, when gas hydrate was introduced as a disturbing factor in gas pipelines, the idea of natural gas transfer by hydrate has been on the minds of many scientists. Because the hydrate transport temperature is higher than the liquefied natural gas (LNG) transport temperature, gaseous hydrate can be easily transported; Therefore, the technology of building hydraulic vessels will be much less complex than that of LNG vessels, and hydrogen production facilities can be designed much easier than LNG facilities. But the main problem is the smaller volume of gas transferred. According to studies in this field, each cubic meter of hydrate contains 175 cubic meters of gas. However, in LNG technology, the volume reduction reaches one hundred percent, and this issue is very important in the economics of gas transmission projects, especially long distances. Nevertheless, there is still great hope that hydrate will be used as a completely economical solution for gas transmission. In this regard, British Petroleum, in collaboration with other scientific centers such as the University of Gwasen, is building a small industrial unit that can produce 100 kg of hydrate per day.

Nearly at the end of 2019, the breakout of the COVID-19 pandemic posed an all-out challenge to human beings in the 21st century. In fact, it started to jeopardize people’s lives on an international scale. Since it is a global pandemic for which no effective vaccines have been discovered yet, it has involved many international organizations including the World Health Organization. Therefore, the main question is what the WHO—an authorized International organization—would do to conduct a balanced approach for tackling the new threats such as the COVID-19. The current situation necessitates adopting six approaches, i.e. gaining solidarity and accepting responsibility, keeping away the predicament of nationalism, globalism, communitarianism, and cosmopolitanism, identifying security and certainty as the permanent human requirements, avoiding being involved in cultural differences, and trying to end the quarrel between the global leadership and global-regional partnership. Hence, international organizations, especially the WHO, can play a growingly functional role in tackling this global challenge. The pandemic also introduces international sanitary needs that must be addressed from a professionalization perspective rather than a politicization one so that effective efforts will be made accordingly.

Past research has demonstrated the meaningful relationship between the mission statement and the performance. Some of these studies, however, have indicated there is no meaningful relationship between the mission statement and the performance. The aim of this paper is to identify the relationship between the mission statement components and the performance components. Moreover, it tries to help managers to state high quality of the mission statement in their firms. Six-component mission statement was developed to measure the completeness of firm’s mission statement, and the BSC was used so as to measure the firms’ performance. The BSC includes four dimensions: financial, customer, internal process and learning and growth. In this research, field research technique was applied, and questionnaires were used in order to gather data. The statistical population was 35 firms. Totally, 1400 questionnaires were passed out, 40 questionnaires in each firm, out of which 1230 questionnaires were returned. SPSS 18 was utilized to analyze the data. Results indicated a significant positive relationship between the components of the mission statement and some of the performance components. The most significant positive relationship was found between the purpose and the financial component, and the least significant positive relationship was found between the vision and the internal presses. In addition, the financial dimension was related to the all the mission components. As a result, improving firm mission statement will improve financial performance, and strategic managers should devote extreme attention to this issue.

The goal of this study is to investigate the effect of stock offering (concentrated on stock price) on private investment during 1989-2012. The differentiation of the present study to other studies is using the total stock price index in exchange to assess stock offering and the volume of transactions in exchange. To do this, we have used self explanatory econometrics model with widespread intervals (ADRL) to evaluate the relations among variables. The results showed that stock offering has a negative significant effect on the private investment which is inconsistent with theoretical issues, as the stock price (value) increases, high liquidity lead to inappropriate allocation and sources loss in negative NPV projects, capital waste and ultimately decrease private enterprising. Moreover, a large volume of transactions in exchange market relate to firms and enterprising funds which are not secured through public savings , directly monitor stock activities, although they appear private, but investigating in their nature shows that they are public enterprises. Though, retail or public stockholders are much, but have low transactions volume and fewer maneuvers. Therefore, exclusiveness and publicity of stock firms, limited activity in exchange market as well are regarded other reasons of this variable negative effect on the private investment.

The problems of minorities are worldwide and not limited to any region or country. We did not find any country who did not possess minorities. So the problems of minorities had its own structure and seriousness. For rural Muslim minorities / agriculture various business, problems of shelter are main elements. For Muslims education Government had many policies for example Government established Urdu schools. Thus communities with a relatively high literacy level have continued to improve over the years but the SCs/STs too have also benefited from affirmative action in indirect ways.8 Muslims, on the other hand, have not been able to respond to the challenge of improving their educational status. Consequently, their gap vis a vis the group labeled ‘All Others’ (with initially high literacy levels) has increased further, particularly since the 1980s On 9 March 2005, the PMO had issued the Notification for constitution of the High Level Committee for preparation of Report on the Social, Economic and Educational Status of the Muslim Community of India The Committee is an independent body of well-known experts drawn from the fields of Economics, Sociology Education, Demography, Public Administration, Development Planning and Programme Implementation.
