Production rates from oil fields decrease over time due to various factors, so it is necessary to use methods that to some extent compensate for the reduction in oil and gas production rates. Gas overflow is one of the artificial overflow methods that is used with the aim of rehabilitating and increasing the optimal flow of oil wells. In this method, high pressure gas is injected at a certain point inside the fluid column in the well, thereby reducing the average density and subsequent pressure on the bottom of the well, and thus reactivating the well. In optimizing the operation, increasing the production and benefiting from the maximum operation of the well and its facilities are considered. In this project, two-phase current was model using a mechanistic model and parameters such as pressure profile, temperature, phase fractions and phase velocities are calculated. Then, with the help of node analysis, the natural production of the well is simulated and the need to use the method is investigated. When the reservoir energy (reservoir pressure) is not high enough for continuous production from the well, the artificial overflow method is used in oil production. Gas overflow method is one of the artificial overflow methods that is used to increase oil production from wells. In this method, high pressure gas is injected into the well to make the fluid column lighter and increase the reservoir pressure to produce oil.

Every year, huge sums of money are spent on teaching English in Iran's educational system, but unfortunately, the results that should be achieved in learning are not very favorable. In most schools, language teaching begins with writing the English alphabet and reading from the book. While, according to the recommendation of linguists, learning a second language is accompanied by the simultaneous learning of the four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing, which if the order and all aspects are not taken into account, learning will not take place. What are the new English language teaching systems such as Headways' Stream line that are taught in schools? Stream line and Headways books are written based on the active participation of language learners and can be taught in private and semi-private classes, while in our schools the number of people present in a class is beyond the standard. In some areas, we see that a school accepts students in two shifts. Listening skill is considered one of the most stressful parts of various tests and most people are always worried that they will not understand the other person's meaning and they will not be able to give a suitable answer. On the other hand, different accents and the way and speed of people's speech make the work even more difficult. Students always request the professor to share methods with the students that they can use to strengthen their listening skills.

The characteristics of the current world are the rapid transformations that take place in various scientific and industrial fields. Education, which is one of the most important fields of human learning, is not exempted from these changes today with the arrival of new technologies, because education is one of the most basic needs in these changes. Education based on communication is possible. In fact, communication is the main and fundamental axis of all educational interactions, because the communication formation is not possible without the presence of the media. Therefore, media presence is essential for education. Education that uses text, image, sound, and animation in the direction of learning is placed in the field of multimedia. In fact, multimedia technologies are one of the new achievements that have greatly contributed to the knowledge expansion in information and in this field; they have been able to be effective in education and training in addition to the field of advertising and mass communication. In this regard, the standards and principles of multimedia design and production should be well respected so that the students can benefit from the advantages and merits of this achievement as much as possible so that the students are more motivated and interested in learning the subjects and principles of the course and thus meaningful learning can be achieved by following effective learning. Given that in today's countries, including Iran, the production of educational multimedia is growing and the use of multimedia in different educational levels is expanding. Their enrichment in the direction of learning is significant, and in this context, the mobile educational agent is a reality character designed to facilitate and increase learning and is used in educational software containing educational programs or educational skills. However, one of the new areas in the field of educational multimedia is the presence of personality and educational agent as a guide throughout the multimedia learning environment, which recently has increased the interest in using this educational agent.

In the current era, human rights has become one of the most serious international issues and has become particularly important in the foreign policy and bilateral and multilateral interactions of countries; So that today no country can deny human rights norms. With the institutionalization of human rights in international politics, the relevant norms have become an integral part of politics between states and societies; and affect the quality and quantity of foreign relations. One of the issues facing the United Nations today; How to balance the sovereignty of states with human rights. In fact, part of the mystery of the relationship between human rights and sovereignty has to do with international law. While some provisions of the UN Charter explicitly support the sovereignty of states, the other part allows the Security Council to use military force wherever necessary to maintain and restore international peace and security. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, on the other hand, states that in order to promote development, countries must have friendly relations with each other and respect the freedoms enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The trend of globalization and border permeability has affected countries' policies in an interactive and networked environment and has made countries in a cohesive environment sensitive to each other's policies (even human rights behaviors) with their citizens. .

Customer relationship management is a strategic necessity in all organizations, the effective implementation of which can increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and attract them, resulting in more sales and repeat purchases. However, the implementation of CRM is not always accompanied by the expected results because the attitude of many organizations towards CRM is from a technological viewpoint. Therefore, managers of organizations have paid special attention to find out the factors that create success in CRM since identifying these key elements can help organizations to implement it more successfully. The process of identifying factors influencing the successful implementation of CRM should be based on several criteria and components. By changing the paradigm from product-oriented to customer-oriented and given that in today's competitive environment, the use of traditional marketing methods has created many limitations for organizations, customer relationship management to create a special relationship with customers and create value. It is mostly provided for organizations. In the past, customers expected timely delivery, good quality, and cheap goods and services from manufacturers. Business was mostly relationship-oriented and middlemen were powerful in the distribution chain. With the wide distribution of products, the main competition was on maintaining the service and product development to the customer and facilitating the customer's purchase, not maintaining the relationship with the existing customers. However today, organizations operate in a dynamic and complex environment, the competition between organizations has increased, the life cycle of products has decreased, and the life cycle of organizations is reaching its decline stage faster.

In recent international trade, in particular, and in some domestic transactions, it can generally cause several legal issues with which the existing regulations do not deal with. For this, this article aims to offer solutions in a different interpretation of these rules, including proving that the price non-determination in a lump sum can not always be regarded as a reason for a transaction to be arrogant and void because the custom of such transactions is not mentioned as arrogant and practically. It is common in the community, and after studying the application of other countries' rights and the Convention provisions. Therfore this examination concluded by making two introductions: if a transaction is not from the arrogance viewpoint, it is not void, and the transaction is common recently. Sometimes its price determination has been postponed to the future, indicating such an issue. The need for this research stems from the fact that following the globalization phenomenon, the movement for unifying contract law has impacted the countries’ national laws. Thus, it is essential to remove the necessities and obstacles to the unification of contract law with comparative studies. In this regard, the proposed study examines price determination and its effect on sales in Iranian law and the 1980 Vienna Convention on International Sale

Being half the population of the world, women form a major part of the assets that cannot be ignored in the journey toward a better world. On the other hand, women are equal and deserve an equal share of opportunities and results. Concerning the role of women in shaping a better world and their equal status, they have been witnessing positive efforts at the domestic and global levels. Among these efforts, the milestone was the adoption of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW). It is a gender-specific treaty and exclusively deals with human rights from a women’s lens. Even after achieving milestones in many areas, women have very little participation in politics and decision-making. It is a universal phenomenon that most countries are unable to achieve de facto equality in the area of political empowerment for women. India is further no exception to this and is still striving to provide equal opportunities to women. India, being a believer in equality of men and women and a party to CEDAW, is under obligation to ensure the political empowerment of women. Consequently, after long efforts, India has been successful in passing a law that will reserve thirty-three percent of seats in national politics. The present paper analyses whether this reservation law is up to par for providing de facto equality to women and domesticates Articles 7 and 8 of CEDAW that specifically deal with the political participation of women.

This study has examined the strategic development of human resources in contemporary management. The biggest challenge of organizations in the 21st century is competition based on expensive resources, which determines the survival and growth of organizations. Resources can be classified as management, human power, land, and capital resources. Among these resources, management and human resources have a special place and importance in such a way that currently, the competitive advantage of many countries is in the capable human force that is responsible for the optimal use of other resources. Human resources are the most important capital and competitive advantage of any organization, and their knowledge, skills and abilities should always be improved. The development of human resources in every organization requires a specific strategy and implementation solutions. The development of human resources and the employees empowerment is one of the effective tools for increasing productivity and optimal use of their individual and group capacities and abilities in line with organizational goals and to better express organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The present study has investigated the effect of the teacher's emotional relationship with the students. One of the important challenges in mathematics education is the lack of positive emotional communication between teachers and students. Unfortunately, this has caused negative thoughts and views in the minds of students and their parents regarding mathematics lessons. The continuation of this process, which means inconsistency in effective communication, has led to disinterest and even hatred and disgust of many people towards mathematics lessons. The first goal of a math teacher in the atmosphere of this course should be to establish a friendly and supportive relationship with students. Such a goal can only be achieved by the interaction between the teacher and the student. The first few days of school and the first meetings of students with the teacher are very important in this regard. Therefore, he paid special attention to it. New teachers usually hear from older teachers not to laugh in front of them until the students respect them. Because they believe that students should fear the teacher in order to respect him, but motivational theorists say that you should show students that you are interested in them and that they can trust you and if they need any help, you refer. Unlike pilots and architects or surgeons, teachers have not received intensive training in the skills of their profession.

Civil liability has two branches as the contractual and non-contractual liability. If there is a contract between two or more parties and one of them commits a breach of contract (non-performance; delay in fulfilling the obligation) and the other party suffers damage, the contract’s violator has a contractual responsibility and should bear the damage. In some cases, where an individual inflicts damage on another without a contract between them, or if there is a contract, the loss is not related to the contract; there is talk of non-contractual liability. Civil liability in the law of obligations is a title to express the legal obligation to compensate for unlawful damages; whether it is a contract’s breach or a violation of the public duty of non-damages otherwise, civil liability has two significant branches from the contract. The purpose of liability is to compensate for unjust loss, which it is a loss argued in the theoretical foundations of liability, and its criteria are based on liability. Compensation for unlawful loss depends on the existence on conditions, among which is the condition of “predictability of loss” and mentioned in both contractual and coercive liability (non-contractual obligations).

This study has investigated various factors on the academic progress of students in educational systems. Academic progress means that the expected level of education is met and the education organization is closer to the predetermined goals. Academic progress means increasing the amount of learning, increasing the level of grades and acceptance of students in courses and academic level. Undoubtedly, in today's advanced world, one of the signs of a person's success is academic success, without which the development and progress of any country will not be possible. The progress of any country is directly related to the progress of science and technology of that country. Scientific progress cannot be achieved unless thinking and creative people are trained. While educational progress is effective in the development and prosperity of the country, it leads to finding a suitable job and position at high levels, and as a result, sufficient income. Students who have academic success, their family and society will look at them with respect and they will be present in the society with more spirit and cheerfulness, and besides these, the exorbitant costs that are imposed on education and training due to academic failure. The role of human factor in organizations is very important. Therefore, according to the morals and motivations of the human factor in any organization, it is a necessity and a high priority. Human resources are one of the basic factors in every organization. This issue is more important in education.

Today, the number of obese people is increasing, and this problem, which in the recent past was considered a problem of developed and industrialized countries. It is now on the rise all over the world, including in developing countries, where food shortages are often the main nutritional problem. In addition, reducing the age of obesity and its prevalence in children and adolescents is also very important, because obesity at this age has a greater impact on health. In many cases, adult obesity begins in childhood, and effective prevention depends on how to deal with and control childhood obesity. Obesity in childhood and adolescence, especially during the second decade of life, is a strong predictor of adult obesity. The prevalence of obesity among children and adolescents is increasing in many countries around the world, even in countries where malnutrition due to malnutrition is still a public health problem. Accordingly, there is a close relationship between childhood obesity and the increased risk of adult obesity and the resulting physical problems. Today, overweight and obesity is a chronic disease that has become a health problem. It is one of the most serious public health challenges of the 21st century. According to the World Health Organization, 30% of the Middle East population is overweight. Today, overweight in children has become an epidemic, and in the age group of 6-12 years, overweight has more than doubled in the last decade.

This research aims to find essential and famous types of archetypes such as anima and animus, heaven and hell, old man, rebirth, resurrection, shadow, passing through water, ideal mother, ascension, and recognize the mask in Attar's sonnets. Since the discussion of archetypes is a new approach in Persian literature, comprehensive research on archetypes in Attar's poetry has not been done. The works in this category are exclusive to the translation of Jung's works and articles about other poets. For this reason, I found it necessary to compare and examine the presented theories, especially the ancient patterns, with Attar's poetry, which has not been researched in this field so far. Archetypes are common concepts from past times that have been imprinted in people's minds and subconscious minds. The present study examines the use of software and its impact in educational systems. For a long time, education has been considered one of the most important and desirable issues of various societies and educational systems have sought to find ways to improve the methods of teaching different subjects. Traditional teaching methods have been used almost identically for thousands of years, but in today's world, new approaches to teaching and learning are gaining attention. Researchers have always sought to find an answer to fill learning gaps as well as to solve problems and deficiencies caused by defects in the teaching and learning process. They look for ways to change repetitive and boring methods into interactive and enjoyable learning experiences for students. Therefore, despite the need and following the efforts made, many teaching-learning methods have changed significantly compared to the last two decades. Likewise, the sources of information, the ways of transferring and exchanging information and how our information is formed have also changed according to these changes. However, in the matter of education, effective education is: Firstly, it leads to learning, and secondly, this learning is sustainable. The realization of these two requires the use of five comprehensive senses and the use of direct and first-hand experiences. Experience shows that different senses do not play an equal role in human learning. It is easy to use the sense of sight in multimedia programs and software due to the use of visual media in the form of movies and photos. Therefore, today many studies have focused on the use of computers and multimedia in education.
