Based on classical and neoclassical economic theories, efficiency has a direct relationship with risk, and considering that the purpose of forming companies is to obtain more efficiency, therefore risk-taking is in the essence of the corporate system. On the other hand, companies should apply a reasonable level of risk-taking in order to insure themselves against damages caused by unreasonable risk-taking. The risk tolerance of companies is influenced by various factors. The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of voluntary disclosure of information on risk taking, considering the moderating role of managerial ownership. For this purpose, research hypotheses were tested by collecting information from 125 companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange during the period of 2015 to 2021 and using the multivariable regression method. This research was applied from the point of view of the objective and the method of analysis was descriptive-correlation. The findings of the research showed that the level of voluntary disclosure of information has a positive and significant effect on the company's risk-taking. Also, the results of the research indicate that managerial ownership has strengthened the positive effect of the level of voluntary disclosure of information on the company's risk-taking.

Experimental studies show that if the weight loss program is done only through diet and calorie restriction, 35-45% of the total weight loss will be allocated to the reduction of lean tissue, which will also reduce the weight of the heart. However, if the diet is combined with endurance exercise, the size of the lean tissue will not change much, but body fat will be significantly reduced. Metabolic mechanisms through which exercise reduces or maintains body weight include increased energy expenditure, increased fat recall, increased adipose tissue activity, and a slight increase in resting metabolic rate after exercise. Exercise increases the likelihood of an exothermic response to food if exercise and eating time are close together, minimize net weight loss, expand mental function, delay basal metabolic rate reduction due to nutritional limitations, and probably better control the appetite. Exercise is important because it helps maintain a resting metabolic rate and lean mass. Regular exercise can help control your appetite or lose weight mentally.

The devaluation of the national currency leads to people's distrust in the national currency and the prevalence of foreign currencies in the country. This puts a lot of psychological and economic pressure on governments. In the event of a devaluation of the national currency, governments should pursue appropriate policies to prevent the weakening of the national currency and endeavor to preserve its value. When the value and status of the national currency is maintained by public confidence rather than gold and silver, governments have a serious responsibility to maintain the value and status of money. Given the continuing trend of inflation in the Iranian economy over the past decades and the sharp devaluation of the national currency, the implementation of the currency reform policy in Iran seems necessary. However, the authorities are still hesitant to implement the plan due to concerns about the inflationary effects of its implementation. For this purpose, in this study, according to the experiences of other countries in implementing the plan to change the national currency unit, its effects on inflation have been studied. At the same time, by estimating the demand function of banknotes and coins, the effect of the change in the demand for banknotes and coins, after changing the currency and printing banknotes with higher face value, on inflation was evaluated. Overall, the results of the studies conducted in this article confirm that the policy of changing the national currency is not inherently inflationary and governments should not be concerned about this.

The results of the research showed that there is a direct relationship between the tendencies to risky behavior based on the religious attitude. The tendency to risky behavior based on religious attitude has an indirect relationship with the mediation of time perspective. The results of this research with Shokri et al. (2015), Amiri et al. (2016), Malakoti et al. (2017), Najarian Toosi, Talebian Sharif, Abd Khodaei (2019), Reininger (2005) are consistent. Risky behaviors are behaviors that endanger the health and well-being of teenagers and young people. Based on this, risky behaviors are divided into two groups, the first group includes behaviors that endanger the health of the individual, and the second group includes behaviors that threaten the health and well-being of other members of society. Therefore, since the level of vulnerability of teenagers and young people is higher compared to other age groups, there is a greater tendency towards this type of behavior. No society can claim health if it does not have healthy families. There is no doubt that none of the social harms are independent of the influence of the family. The family is the most basic institution for socializing children, especially in the early critical years of life. Under the right conditions, the family prepares children to realize their potential and to assume useful roles in society as adults. In the process of socialization in the family, children learn their parents' actions, imitation and imitation, which are the most important ways of transmitting social values, norms and traditions. Most psychologists, regardless of the school they believe in, consider interactions between parents and their children as the basis of emotional development. Parents' interactions with their children and their parenting methods are factors related to high-risk behaviors.

These articles are searched through databases, Medical Law Quarterly, Iranian Journal of Surgery, sid.ir, Legal Quarterly and Civilica Publications, Private Law Research Quarterly, using keywords such as immovable attorney power, attorney power, lawyer dismissal, deprivation right and the advocacy effects are obtained. Also, the condition of non-dismissing a lawyer can be criticized in terms of opposition to the book and tradition; in such a way that the application of special attorney arguments regarding client's referral includes the conditional and unconditional case, and in case of doubt, the principle is to obtain the client's referral permission from the attorney. The attorney power is also a special meaning that the parties cannot agree to otherwise by condition; hence, the condition of non-dismissal is against the ones which are mentioned in book and tradition. The attorney power contract is based on granting representation and for this reason it is regarded as one of the authorization contracts. They do not have it or in some ways, it is not possible to perform it by the people themselves. The diverse opinions have been expressed among jurists regarding the lawyer dismissal. The jurists believe that the parties cannot agree to make the essential contract permissible and it’s necessary. However, in the law of the present case.

Examining the history and perspectives on emotional intelligence, some psychologists do not accept emotional intelligence as an independent intelligence. These are people who consider intelligence as a single talent and do not believe much in the divisions and types of intelligence. From the point of view of these people, intelligence is a unit of cognitive talent that has many dimensions and aspects that appear according to the environmental conditions and individual characteristics, certain aspects or aspects of it. Among these dimensions, we can mention the emotional dimension, the moral dimension, and the social dimension. On the other hand, some other psychologists have accepted it with all their might and intensity, and have so far gained its name and title. Therefore, in the field of psychology, emotional intelligence is not a virgin and is merely a kind of terminology initiative and a kind of word processing skill. The term emotional intelligence is a combination of two words: Intelligence and emotion. These two words are not adjectives to mean intelligence that is emotion, but they are adjectives and adverbs; that is, intelligence that is related to emotion. In this case, emotional intelligence is not an independent intelligence, but a part and aspect of the same talent that is channeled in emotions and appears in this dimension.

These articles by searching databases, Jurisprudence and Legal Quarterly, Comparative Interpretation Research Publications, sid.ir, Jihad University Scientific Information Center Database and Civilica Publications, Private Law Research Quarterly, using keywords such as Holy Quran, Apostasy, Rulings, commentators, jurists, principles have been obtained. It has also been extracted from reputable scientific journals from the above-mentioned articles and websites. In this study, the conceptual scope of the word “apostasy” in the Holy Quran is more general than the concept of jurisprudential apostasy, and in terms of context and expressions combination with the mention of conditional restrictions on verses, it has also acquired a legal aspect. Hence, some sects commentators, citing the application of repentance arguments, believe that the apostate repentance is perfectly permissible and essential to be adopted, and that application, whether the apostate means innate wind or national or apostasy on the part of male either female or that his disbelief is intentionally accomplished by blasphemous speech or deed. Apostasy in the Holy Quran and the hadiths and manners of the holy infallibles is not just a return from religion and belief change; rather, an apostate is one who, after illustrating the truth and surrendering to religion, stubbornly tries to strike at religion and denies the truth and the divinity of God Almighty or the mission of the Holy Prophet of Islam.

Stress is part of everyday life. Stress is a psychological state or process that occurs when a person encounters events that they perceive as threatening to their physical and psychological well-being. Stress arises from interaction with the environment and occurs when there is a mismatch between situational pressures and the resources available to the individual. In recent decades, with the gradual transition of societies to modern life, stress has become one of the main problems facing human societies. With the industrialization of the world, stress has become especially important and has widely affected the health of workers in the workplace. Psychological factors along with physical, chemical, ergonomic, and biological hazards of the work environment account for the main risk factors in the workplace and among psychological factors, job stress is of particular importance, and according to the United Nations In 1992, job stress was considered the disease of the twentieth century, and the World Health Organization, based on the Global Burden of Disease Index, concluded that mental illness, especially stress, would be the second leading cause of disability by 2020. This paper discusses that stress is an integral part of life that can lead to illness or positive experiences depending on the stress and the quality of a person adapting to it. Psychological factors in the workplace, unlike other harmful factors in the workplace, are not specific to a particular job and exist in all occupations in different forms and to different degrees.

The literature consistently emphasizes the significance of primary formal education in addressing social inequalities, fostering inclusivity, reducing stereotypes, and promoting critical thinking regarding discrimination, violence, and prejudice. However, the lack of specialized undergraduate studies for teachers raises questions about their cultural competence and their ability to effectively teach and cultivate appropriate attitudes and values. This research aimed to evaluate the cultural competence skills of preschool teachers, explore social inequalities, and develop an intervention plan. A quantitative study was conducted, involving the translation and validation of a cultural competence measurement scale, which was then administered to preschool teachers. The survey included 532 participants, consisting of 500 women and 32 men, with 27 individuals having received training or postgraduate specialization in intercultural education. Data analysis was performed using SPSS (v. 28). The study revealed that teachers possess a high level of knowledge in cultural matters and demonstrate good cultural awareness; however, their cultural abilities are limited. The survey results provide valuable insights for ongoing intervention design. In conclusion, while preschool teachers exhibit satisfactory theoretical knowledge of cultural work, weaknesses are identified in the acquisition of skills, attitudes, and behaviors.

This study investigates the relationship between macroeconomic variables and the structure of capital in the Iranian capital market. Undoubtedly, today the largest amount of capital in the world is exchanged through capital markets in countries, and the economy and the capital market are undoubtedly and strongly influenced by each other. And what is especially important for investors is to increase their wealth in the shortest time, and with the separation of company management from investors and the discussion of agency theory, management decisions benefit from a high reflection among shareholders, including this decision. Financial decisions and financing strategies of managers in companies, according to the decisions of managers in the type of financing, impose different costs on the company, which ultimately affects the profitability and efficiency of companies. Discussion of capital structure and choice of type of financing is one of the concerns of managers in companies, hence the researcher has done much research in relation to choosing the optimal capital structure and type of financing and many factors inside and outside the company that affect it. Macroeconomic factors are among these external factors. Given that in developing countries, including Iran, these macroeconomic variables have been very volatile during the last three decades, it is clear that these fluctuations have an adverse effect on the economy and the capital market will undoubtedly affect the decisions of managers. They have cast a shadow and made them have serious doubts about this.

The main issue of this article is to compare image in the poems of Nima and Forough Farrokhzad from the perspective of the romantic image. The romantic image of the epistemological and aesthetic nature is fundamentally different from the classical, symbolic, and surrealistic. The author has tried to explain the nature of the romantic image in three parts: In the first part, explains the special features of romantic imagery with the discussion of four characteristics: Transformation in nature, shadow of the image, dynamics, and individuality in the image. In the second section, the relationship between the images and the position of the image in the context of the poem is examined by two characteristics of continuity and maturity. The paper is based on a descriptive-analytical method based on a library method. Identifying how Persian poetry deals with literary schools and how the influence and role of image in this transformation and evolution is one of the most important goals of the research, which has received little attention. Literary schools in each period have been able to impose unique themes and methods of imagery in the Persian language, which can be traced in the form of modern imagery. One of the other goals of the research is to know the mutual influence of content and image in the form of contemporary literary schools and imagery. Furthermore, the role of the poet's creativity and social perspective on the process of illustration is examined.

Understanding contemporary perspectives on telehealth and its impact on human lifestyle and behavior is crucial for informing public health initiatives, one of which is telemedicine-a rapidly expanding discipline that utilizes electronic information and communication tools to provide healthcare services remotely. Telemedicine has gained increasing interest due to its demonstrated practical efficacy, cost, and time savings, enhanced patient and clinician satisfaction, and positive impact on patient mortality and quality of life. The COVID-19 pandemic has underscored the telehealth significance in addressing ongoing healthcare needs while reducing in-person clinic visits and limiting human exposures. Our findings suggest that the benefits of telemedicine include overcoming geographic barriers, making it especially beneficial for rural and underserved populations. However, there are still challenges to widespread telemedicine implementation, such as a lack of technological literacy, concerns about losing a personal connection with healthcare providers, and apprehension about communicating sensitive information. This review examines telemedicine as a current scenario and the potential of integrated IT-based solutions at the global and Indian levels, drawing from exploratory research articles, reviews, perspectives, and policy documents. The need and significance of telemedicine in incentivizing healthy behavior are also discussed herein.

Recent research highlights the importance of art in the educational process and its benefits in the holistic psycho-emotional development of the individual. Current literature focuses mainly on visual arts and music, while studies on dance and its contribution to mental health have increased only recently. The aim of the present study was to analyze recent literature that correlates the art of dance with mental resilience. In particular, the contribution of dance during school age was studied with particular emphasis on the mechanisms of development of mental resilience in students who are characterized by cultural diversity. This literature review was conducted in electronic databases, which was basically due to the restrictions imposed during the pandemic period. The duration of the study was 7 months, from November 2020 to May 2021. The results of the study showed that research activity on the effect of dance on mental resilience has not been adequately assessed. However, certain characteristics of mental resilience studied in relation to dance seem to contribute positively to the holistic psycho-emotional development of children by providing multiple benefits. It has been found that dance works beneficially and holistically across all ages, genders, socio-cultural, and socio-economic environments. It would be useful to plan more research to evaluate the effect of dance in greater depth and also in relation to more factors of psycho-emotional development.

Parenting stress can be briefly defined as: a series of processes that lead to a series of unpleasant psychological and physical reactions due to trying to adapt to the requirements of the parenting role. This process is often in the form of negative feelings and experiences about oneself. The individual and the child are experienced. These negative emotions stem directly from the role of parenting. But it should be borne in mind that this simple definition of parenting stress should not detract from the fact that parenting stress involves a wide range of dynamic and complex processes. These include: communication with the child and his behaviors, parental role requirements, parenting resources, parental responses to responsibilities and demands, the quality of parental communication with the child and other family members, and communication with other individuals and institutions outside the home. The process of stress is related to coping skills, successful adaptation to the requirements of the parenting role; And for many people, these parental demands are manageable, and despite the difficulty of doing so, especially at certain points in life, they can be rewarding.

The increasing advancements in of industrial and commercial domains have led to the emergence of intellectual property rights in law literature. Thus, a profound range of laws and regulations have been made on which lawyers have relied. Applying commercial documents are alluded to "commercial documents’ mortgage" on which in jurisprudence, there is a serious disagreement among jurists related to the particular conditions of mortgage contract, some of whom consider mortgage objectivity and acceptability which civil law has followed. Some others believe mortgage receipt is unconditional and mortgaged objectivity is similar, being strong in compliance with verses and hadiths cited in mortgage contract and also the requirement of mortgage contract as "secured". In this scrutiny, this issue and "religious mortgage" are considered. Hence, on a jurisprudential viewpoint, no obstacle is vivid for security, since Iranian commercial law is neutral to permit certifying commercial documents; we refer to civil law as a general law. Relying on Articles (772 and 774) of Civil Code, mortgage objectivity and mortgage receipt emerge as some conditions of mortgage contract and void debt is the advent. Since natural requirement of mortgage contract is "security" and objectivity and acceptability conditions are regarded to meet this requirement, “security of commercial documents” deals with determining rights arising from evidence in the document itself. The security of these documents is accepted while not accepting documents mortgage as religious documents and not mentioned in a specific sentence.
