The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship between perceived organizational justice and organizational commitment of physical education teachers in West Azerbaijan province. Research method is descriptive-correlation conducted using the field method. Statistical population includes physical education teachers in West Azerbaijan which are 1091 persons. The sample number according to Morgan table is calculated as 285 persons. Stratified random sampling method is used. Data collection tool is perceived organizational justice questionnaire and organizational commitment questionnaire. The perceived organizational justice questionnaire by Niehoff and Moorman contains 22 close-end questions. To measure organizational commitment, Meyer and Allen model containing 24 questions is used. Reliability coefficient of the perceived organizational justice and work ethics questionnaires through Cronbach's alpha is respectively, 0.834 and 0.896. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between dimensions of organizational justice (including distributive justice, procedural justice, interactive justice and interpersonal justice) except for distributive justice, and organizational commitment at level of P≤0.05, based on the F coefficient respectively with participation rates of 20%, 15% and 0.7%. Among the demographic variables (gender, marital status, employment history, education level), the level of education affected relationship between perceived organizational justice and organizational commitment and there was no significant difference between the elements of justice (distributive, procedural and interactive and interpersonal) in terms of gender, work experience, education, type of employment and working field.

Administrative corruption is a complicated, multidimensional phenomenon created by many reasons resulting in many effects, which is exhibited in a variety of roles and aspects. Considering the importance of this subject in different countries, extensive studies have been carried out in recent years to identify and ascertain the causes of this dilemma. It should be asserted that economic factors are fundamental in any social structure driving people to wrong actions including bribery, embezzlement, and financial corruption. Administrative corruption is a social phenomenon facing all countries of the world. On this basis, various nations with different perception of corruption as an inevitable issue have decided to found their political and institutional structures in a way that least degrees of corruption are observed. International experience suggests that corruption is complex, hidden and diversified. Thus, combating it needs a continuous, lengthy, and difficult process. Corruption is rooted in various backgrounds, which can result in creation and expansion of administrative corruption in potential and actual forms. Using these factors, we can find more effective ways in reducing and eliminating administrative corruption. With regard to the importance of administrative corruption, this paper aimed at exploring how and why administrative corruption exists.

In this research aim was study of Effect of Problem Solving Skill Training on Happiness and Coping in Addicts. In a Quasi-experiment design, after diagnosis of under- treatment addicts with low happiness, by multi stage random cluster sampling 60 subjects assigned to II groups ( experimental & control). Groups before and after intervention and follow up (3month) measured by using Oxford Happiness Inventory & Coping Style questioner. Experimental group instruct by PSCT. Data analyzed by covariance analysis, Pearson r, analysis of variance with repeated measures, dependent t test. There was statistical significant difference between means of two groups in all stages of instruction (happiness: Eta= 24/0), (cognitive style: Eta=0/ 31). In follow-up stage, experimental group show higher happiness and cognitive style. Hypotheses of research accepted. There was relationship between cognitive style (0/57) and Separate Style (0/47) and increasing happiness level. In addition, there was negative meaningful relationship (with 0/99 confidence) between emotional style (-0/41) & avoidant style (-0/35) and decreasing happiness. Happiness and cognitive coping style of experimental group increased after participate to instruction. Using more from cognitive and separate style will result to higher happiness level. Using more from emotional and avoidant style will result to lower happiness level.

Cultural consumption is a common method for identity formation and self-representation. In cultural consumption, people use all types of valuable goods and symbols, not for their financial value but for their cultural value, to create an ideal image of their self in other people’s minds. Consequences and results of consuming artistic and cultural goods constantly affect their consumption level. If the results are somehow positive, they will bring about more and better consumption of these goods and if there have been negative consequences of consuming these goods. The consumption level of these will decrease automatically in the near future and consequently the society will not benefit. Therefore, current study’s laid out in order to identify factors and points that are related to cultural consumption and security sense. This is a quantitative study and in applied science, and from the viewpoint of design it is a correlational-descriptive study in which using Pearson correlation coefficient, the relation between cultural goods consumption and sense of security is investigated. Statistical population of this study consists of 5100 Islamic Azad University students. Simple random sampling and Cochran formula were used and 378 questionnaires were distributed among the students. In this study effect of literary goods, musical goods, cinematic goods, gender and education indices of Azadshahr are investigated. Results show that there’s a significant relationship between literary goods consumption and sense of security. There’s no significant relationship between musical goods consumption and sense of security, i.e. the aforementioned variables are not empirically supported hence we can assert that the hypothesis is not supported. There’s a significant relationship between the cost of cinematic goods and security sense. There’s a significant relationship between cultural goods consumption and security sense. There’s a significant relationship between gender and cultural consumption. There’s a significant relationship between education and cultural consumption. In the last part of our analysis, we investigated the multifold relations between variables. Coefficient of determination is r2=0.404.

Urban tourism is tourism that takes place in towns and cities where the historic heritage is not the main attraction, even though the settlement may have some buildings pre-dating the industrial revolution. Urban tourism includes a wide range of activities and experiences from sightseeing, visiting cultural attractions (e.g. art galleries, concerts, opera, shows, museums etc), attending special events, leisure shopping, eating out and drinking, meeting people (e.g. friends and relatives), dancing and so on. Different visitors will select different combinations of these activities. Business tourism is another equally important element of urban tourism. These activities are mainly based on manmade resources, facilities that are used for recreation by urban residents as well tourists. Because of this difficulty of separating leisure use from tourist use, there has been relatively little research on urban tourism, although much policy and planning effort has been put into promoting and developing urban tourism in recent years. This has been because many urban planners and politicians have perceived the development of tourism to be a mechanism for the regeneration of declining inner city areas. Both cultural policy and tourism development (with its associated job creation potential) have been used as tools to solve some of these urban development problems. So, once again, tourism policy must be seen in the context of other social and economic problems and policies. This chapter will start by identifying the urban tourist (as far as current research allows) and their motivation and behavior. The paper discusses the spatial location of that tourist activity (as it differs from the tourist-historic city). This will be put in the context of patterns of urban change since 1990; the impacts of tourism and the policies for urban tourism will also be described.

In this paper, we attempt to develop a method which is based on confidence limits. The proposed method is of two approaches which distinguish the risks of activities implementation and the critical path in determination of confidence interval for completion cost and time. The above approach has applied a p-factor for weight determination in confidence intervals. In the final part, we will discuss the ways of applying these proposed methods and their importance with an example and also demonstrate the superiority of the above methods over the unmodified ones in a confidence interval.
