Special education presents one of the major challenges facing school leaders in this era of comprehensive school reform. Today, schools must provide students with disabilities appropriate access to the general curriculum and effective instructional support. Student progress must be monitored closely and demonstrated through participation in assessment efforts. Research suggests that the principal’s role is pivotal in the special education process; however, few school leaders are well prepared for this responsibility. School leaders across the nation are exploring ways to better educate students and improve school performance. School-based management offers a way to promote improvement by decentralizing control from central district offices to individual school sites. It attempts to give school constituents administrators, teachers, parents and other community members more control over what happens in schools.

One of the main and essential issues in the developing countries is vast financial resources. Having vast financial resources with an efficient management in the economy ultimately leads to the development of the economy. Therefore, most companies are looking for certain activities which result in directing investment flow. In this regard, one of the most significant factors which plays an effective role in investment attractiveness is Tax policy although economists do not agree with this idea. Whereas some of them pay specific attention to tax incomes from firms, others believe in obtaining career and capital tax. Likewise, many people believe that applying taxes is against the principles of business and it could disturb the relations of the market. Many countries have gained good experiences in the field of achieving economic growth through particular financial policies. In this article an analytical-descriptive research method has been used to propose ways to contribute to developing the economy of the country. Additionally, the backgrounds of the relevant research studies, role of the tax and its effect on the economy will be studied and tax scenario of India which is essential for economic development of this country will be evaluated.

Nowadays negative implications of Globalization, the crisis of values, crisis of media, consumerism, and lack of cultural identification, impatience in the face of religion, virtual identification and loss of religious and traditional values are the main challenges confronting students. Besides transfer of knowledge, schools are responsible for educating the graduates, too. It means that it should invest in flourishing all existential dimensions of students including intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, and moral dimensions and care for their education and productivity. Now this question arises is that since religious education is a process accomplished through granting vision, genuine and practical obligation to the person, in harmony with his nature and far from force and pressure, in order to gain this- and other-worldly prosperity, can the school undertake this important responsibility or not and in the case of disability to fulfill this duty, should religious education be deschooled; i.e. the mission of religious education should be assigned to institutions other than school or not? The findings of this investigation show that religious education doesn’t have desirable situation and the new generation doesn’t receive the religious thoughts and behaviors as is qualified. Teachers use grade and other quantitative indices to teach values and morality and evaluate the progress in religious education of students; this results in duality of the student’s identity, personality and behavior, because they are not motivated internally to learn religious issues. On the other hand, in Islamic societies, the administrators and politicians cannot be irresponsible for the religious education of members of their society. According to the doctrines of the true religion, Islam, governors and politicians are obliged to attempt to accomplish this affair, so ministry of education in Iran as a public institution has taken the charge of this affair and schools are charged with delivering religious and divine education to the students and the necessity of deschooling the religious education is denied in Islamic republic of Iran and since our formal education is directly governed by the government and is mentioned in national document of school curriculum and also the document of fundamental transition in education, the objective of education is to educate a religious and committed human being, we may not separate the religious education of students from school. So the possibility of deschooling from religious education in Iran is denied, too. But the tenure of government and formal education relating to religious education is conditional upon conditions, that if accomplished, the tenure will be permitted. In this article these conditions are indicated in detail.

In human education, the fact is that the individual must have a self-organized personality in the way that the person can control the self, behaviors, and customs and also follow a growth leading path in the life. The purpose of this paper is to identify either self-scrutiny or its necessity, reasons of ignoring the true self, also solutions and the effects of self-scrutiny in a morally and religiously based approach. This was a qualitative study and the approach toward reaching the objective was either inferential or analytical. This study also analyzed epistemic topics which were focused on reasons to extract. Also, in morality the main step is to know and organize the self. This is important since the creation of good moral and following a morally - based path is related to this issue. From another view point, knowing the self (self-scrutiny) is the foundation of knowing god (theology), it is also enriched with logical foundations. The research hypotheses are: 1) the only way to scrutinize the self is the individual and personal method since every human being has the dignity and individuality of his existence. 2) Knowing self (self scrutiny) is an internal method of scanning and excavating which every human being will start from himself and will reach to the self at its final outcome. 3) The amount of maturity and welfare in any individual is directly related to the amount of his self knowledge (or self-scrutiny). Finally, the only way to achieve salvation is to know the self. Knowing self (self-scrutiny) is the main doctrine of religion, foundation for theology, and the achievement of monotheism. When an individual does not know himself (has not undergone the self-scrutiny process), he is regarded as an alien which wastes all of his life to the cost of that wrong self-belief. The stronger the alien self, the weaker the true self would be. This strengthening and weakening process will last until the diminishment of self which is not any more capable of achieving welfare and perfection.

The main objective of this research is to measure productivity variations and performance of 28 companies listed on Tehran stock exchange from automobile and parts industry using financial statements information during the period of 2006-2010. In order to attain this goal, the Malmquist index and DEA have been used, the labor force and the fixed assets stand for inputs and the economic value added represents the only output. The results indicated that variations in the company’s performance are due to the change in technical efficiency and technology. Because the productivity and performance of the firms revealed an improvement in two years so that in one year, the efficiency was the prominent factor and in the other year, both of technical efficiency and technology jointly played an important role in this progress. In addition, over the two another years, the firms had not experienced any performance progress and finally in one year, they encountered regressive performance. The reason for this declining performance can be found in technology downfall. Among other results of this research is that the surveyed firms totally experienced productivity progress, although his growth was slight. The reason can be attributed to the negligible technical efficiency growth. Therefore, it can be concluded that technical efficiency improvement by patterning benchmark firms has an important role in productivity and performance improvement. Of course, the critical role of technology growth through the renewing and modernizing facilities should not be overlooked.

Today, technology is changing rapidly and what we have so far implemented as a smart solution is now part of the past. Cloud computing (CC) opens up new horizons for various business sectors and also the banking sector. Cloud knowledge has been made through many years of research in distributed systems, network computing, parallel computing, etc. and can provide an extremely positive change in present systems. Today, CC is changing the scenario and method of processing. With the help of CC, even the computing capabilities of high level performance are also entering the budgets. CC decreases concerns about running and updating which was hence the customer's responsibility, which decreases initial project costs for organizations with small scalability. At present, any possibility advancing toward payment goes to the consumption rate. The harder the technology seems, it will be put under the umbrella of cloud and presented to the user as service, which provides reliability, interests, results and required trust levels for its users, that truly end up in a "cloud revolution".

Hundreds of thousands and perhaps millions of riyals are spent each year for heating and cooling homes and workplaces. Globally, buildings are responsible for approximately 40-45 percent of the total world annual energy consumption. Most of this energy is used for the provision of lighting, heating, cooling and air conditioning. The severity of the climatic conditions in the period considered and the rapid development and increased affluence of recent last decades are among the contributing factors. In particular, much research is focused on thermal energy storage due to heat transfer between the building envelope and the surrounding environment, in order to predict the rate of heat transfer and to develop minimisation strategies. However, the design and construction of modern residential buildings, which are heavily reliant on electrical systems for control of the internal built environment, are causing greater concern. Also, most of the environmental pollution caused by fossil energy are used that feeling the need to make use of alternative energy and efforts to minimize the energy dissipation. As a result, local attention is focused on improving energy efficiency for residential buildings. Among the various components of the building envelope, windows require a careful design because much of the heat dissipation occurs there. Windows are responsible for a disproportionate amount of unwanted heat gain and heat loss between buildings and the environment. Solar heat gain plays a major role in determining the thermal performance of a building and increasing or decreasing solar gains can be of crucial importance in design problems. Energy efficient windows should minimize thermal losses as well as air leaks; this is achieved in practice by a combination of different technical solutions, such as multi-layer glazing, low thermal conductivity gas fills, painted glass surfaces, low-emission coatings, edge spacers, and frame materials. An optimal window design with a suitable glazing compound can considerably reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning systems in the residential buildings. In commercial, industrial and public buildings, an optimum window design has the potential to reduce the cost of illumination as well as that of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC). Computer simulations are commonly used to provide an expanded scope of systematic study and enable consideration of wide ranges and combinations of parameters. In this study, by computer modeling of the thermal dissipation of impact of tilt angle on the triple vacuum glazing with a thickness of 42 mm, in which a layer of Argon gas used to compare the three main technical factors that have been examined. These three main factors are heat transfer coefficient, relative rate of heat absorption and solar heat gain coefficient. The model of triple vacuum glazing is based on a commercial product that is available on the consumer market in Tehran. The results show that using triple vacuum glazing reduction more than 70 percent in energy dissipation And 60 degree glass on average in the southern facade of the building to optimize solar gain of solar energy with no apparent increase in thermal dissipation in energy of building.

This research evaluating of various factors to estimate the success of CRM projects within automotive industry. The main objectives of this research are examination of the strategic factors and identification of the factors causes’ success occurs in CRM projects within automotive industry. Another side examination of the tactical factors and identification of the factors causes’ success occur in CRM projects within automotive industry. The present research is an applied study using descriptive method. Applied research aims to develop applied knowledge in a specific issue. The method of present study on how the data collection provided is descriptive from the survey type. A statistical population is a set of entities concerning which statistical inferences are to be drawn, often based on a random sample taken from the population. The sample size consists of 53 individuals of the statistical population where it is selected among experts in customer relationship management system within automotive manufacturer companies. The data has been gathered through questionnaire used as the preliminary information sources. According to the obtained results, however, the status of implementing Customer relationship management (CRM) in automotive industry has been reported proper on the whole, some dimensions and components to implement this system have not set in a proper condition. Comparing the dimensions, the highest infrastructure and conditions belong to technological and hardware, cultural, support, efficiency, managerial, empowerment dimensions in implementing consulting company. Among six dimensions observed, the managerial and empowerment dimensions have not reported with proper status in implementing CRM.
