This study examines research on some species of the genus Artemisia. The use of medicinal plants is as old as the intellectual life and development of human consciousness. Because diseases are born with human origins and the documents of several thousand years in the history of medicine and pharmacy contain valuable experiences and information of herbal medicine. One of our goals in this research has been to better identify medicinal plants and their correct use and, of course, to increase the ability to identify and use native plants. , Medicinal uses have been varied and many and of course are still used. One of the most widely used artichokes in traditional medicine has been its use as an anti-parasitic drug. Artemisia is a genus of chicory (Compositae) Asteraceae and has 34 species in Iran and has the widest distribution after Astragalus. This genus has useful and valuable properties in various aspects (medicinal, forage, soil protection, botany, ecology, etc.). The species of this genus have special anatomical features that are certainly widely distributed and Adaptation of these species to difficult environments is effective.

Parenting stress can be briefly defined as: a series of processes that lead to a series of unpleasant psychological and physical reactions due to trying to adapt to the requirements of the parenting role. This process is often in the form of negative feelings and experiences about oneself. The individual and the child are experienced. These negative emotions stem directly from the role of parenting. But it should be borne in mind that this simple definition of parenting stress should not detract from the fact that parenting stress involves a wide range of dynamic and complex processes. These include: communication with the child and his behaviors, parental role requirements, parenting resources, parental responses to responsibilities and demands, the quality of parental communication with the child and other family members, and communication with other individuals and institutions outside the home. The process of stress is related to coping skills, successful adaptation to the requirements of the parenting role; And for many people, these parental demands are manageable, and despite the difficulty of doing so, especially at certain points in life, they can be rewarding.

This article compares the effects of religious meditation on the brain. Meditation is recommended as a way to strengthen physical and psychological health. It has many positive benefits, from reducing stress symptoms to relieving physical problems such as headaches and even boosting immunity to disease. The general difference between meditating and not meditating is that when meditating, our brain stops processing the fast and active information it is constantly doing. Our brains begin to show a decrease in beta waves; Waves that indicate information processing operations in the brain. Religious meditation and its effect on the brain Meditation of Arabic words is from the root of rival and its source is Al-Raqba is the pit in which the leopard waits for hunting and Al-Raqba is guarded and maintained. Guarded the object, competition of the star: sewn to the star seen. Meditation has a special place in the written works of mystics and Sufis and from all their words it can be seen that meditation is one of the most essential things in the journey of mystics and the seeker needs it in all homes and stages from the beginning to the end of his journey.

The direct and indirect presence of emotions can be seen in reasoning and rationality. Ignorance of emotions, their lack of management and carelessness in expressing them can have huge costs for human beings. New research shows that lack of emotional intelligence can have devastating effects on individual and social contexts, and conversely, education and reinforcement can pave the way for great success. Emotional intelligence training can provide a good platform for individual and social development in various fields of culture. According to some experts, emotional intelligence is very important in normal life. It seems reasonable to assume that some people cannot cope well with their emotions, do not have good interpersonal relationships, have less mental health and experience less job success. The field of emotional intelligence emerged as a subject of study from the heart of scientific psychology, so educators, psychiatrists, human resources specialists and others became interested in this subject and thus, this field was developed. From the time that reputable scientific journals published articles in this field until today, journals and research articles report activities related to this field.

Religious and Qur'anic teaching seeks to alter the individuals’ beliefs for a particular type of action and behavior based on the rules of religion, Islam and the Qur'an from the darkness of animalism to the light of humanity. The difference between education in Islam and the West is due to the difference of goals. The view of Islam is fundamentally different from the West one towards human beings, so much so that in these two types of views, the happiness definition for human beings is various. Consequently, educational goals will be different. Islam and the West each regulate their view of the family based on their worldview, and values in the family system are regulated based on this comprehensuive viewpoint. The bottom line is that parenting is a two-way street, just as parents are being educated in the process both as an educational model and as a religious task. The research method is analytical-descriptive in which the information is collected in the form of library –based studyand document references related to the research topic. The results of descriptive analysis of research data indicate that education has been one of the topics of interest to different religions and schools during the centuries and eras and religious and Quranic education has indicators, features, principles, methods and special methods to practice teachings. The religion of Islam and the Qur'an removes its obstacles and deterrents.

People with inadequate health literacy are less likely to understand the written and spoken information provided by health professionals and follow the instructions given by them. They also have poorer health conditions and incur higher medical costs. As a result, inadequate health literacy is a global threat today. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the status of health literacy, to determine the relationship between health literacy level and general health status and health behaviors such as the use of medical services and also to adopt preventive behaviors in the behavior of dormitory female students as a vulnerable group. The present study was a qualitative study in which purposeful sampling with maximum diversity was used and 25 students participating in the Islamic Azad University of Yazd were interviewed with open-ended questions. The main method of data collection was semi-structured interviews. By analyzing the findings from all the extracted themes, the main theme of life expectancy was abstracted, which included emotional vacuum, poor economic situation, malnutrition, decreased interpersonal relationships and reduced spiritual growth. Decisions were also made about consumer health behaviors, including self-care and preventive behaviors, nutrition, exercise, sleep and rest, stress management, non-smoking, spiritual growth, and healthy interpersonal communication. The results of this study can clarify the concept of paying attention to students 'health needs for university officials and students in universities to support them in order to maintain and promote health so that more effective steps can be taken to improve students' health in society.

These articles are searched through databases, Medical Law Quarterly, Iranian Journal of Surgery, sid.ir, Legal Quarterly and Civilica Publications, Private Law Research Quarterly, using keywords such as immovable attorney power, attorney power, lawyer dismissal, deprivation right and the advocacy effects are obtained. Also, the condition of non-dismissing a lawyer can be criticized in terms of opposition to the book and tradition; in such a way that the application of special attorney arguments regarding client's referral includes the conditional and unconditional case, and in case of doubt, the principle is to obtain the client's referral permission from the attorney. The attorney power is also a special meaning that the parties cannot agree to otherwise by condition; hence, the condition of non-dismissal is against the ones which are mentioned in book and tradition. The attorney power contract is based on granting representation and for this reason it is regarded as one of the authorization contracts. They do not have it or in some ways, it is not possible to perform it by the people themselves. The diverse opinions have been expressed among jurists regarding the lawyer dismissal. The jurists believe that the parties cannot agree to make the essential contract permissible and it’s necessary. However, in the law of the present case.

In this scrutiny, all articles published up to the spring 2021 in Persian and Latin on the course of the commentators' exposure to the apostasy verses were reviewed. These articles by searching databases, Jurisprudence and Legal Quarterly, Comparative Interpretation Research Publications, sid.ir, Jihad University Scientific Information Center Database and Civilica Publications, Private Law Research Quarterly, using keywords such as Holy Quran, Apostasy, Rulings, commentators, jurists, principles have been obtained. It has also been extracted from reputable scientific journals from the above-mentioned articles and websites. In this study, the conceptual scope of the word “apostasy” in the Holy Quran is more general than the concept of jurisprudential apostasy, and in terms of context and expressions combination with the mention of conditional restrictions on verses, it has also acquired a legal aspect. Hence, some sects commentators, citing the application of repentance arguments, believe that the apostate repentance is perfectly permissible and essential to be adopted, and that application, whether the apostate means innate wind or national or apostasy on the part of male either female or that his disbelief is intentionally accomplished by blasphemous speech or deed. Apostasy in the Holy Quran and the hadiths and manners of the holy infallibles is not just a return from religion and belief change; rather, an apostate is one who, after illustrating the truth and surrendering to religion, stubbornly tries to strike at religion and denies the truth and the divinity of God Almighty or the mission of the Holy Prophet of Islam.

This study investigated the relationship between emotional intelligence and social causes of job development in working children and normal children. The problem of solving child poverty and solving the problems of street children is an issue that will be resolved with the full cooperation of international governmental and non-governmental organizations and close and joint cooperation with child rights activists. To pay for their own education or that of their siblings, they are forced to do street and sometimes illegal work. The background of emotional intelligence can be traced to the idea and Kessler when explaining the non-cognitive aspects of general intelligence. In this study, a series of preliminary studies were conducted and after identifying the research variables, the research design was presented. To measure the variables, data were collected through a questionnaire. In this research, the method of sending a questionnaire to the sample members was used to collect information. The questionnaire consisted of 10 specialized questions. To measure the variables in this research, a five-point Likert scale questionnaire was set. In this regard, in order to convert qualitative information into quantitative information, each of the options was given numbers in order of one to five, and the scores of importance were multiplied by their frequency. 100 questionnaires were distributed to test the hypotheses.

The present study, entitled "Children 's role modeling and behavior with regard to the important and vital role of the media", tries to investigate the positive effects and negative consequences of children' s dependence on television. Communication between individuals, which causes the transfer of concepts, thoughts and information from one person to another, is the main condition for the emergence and continuation of collective life; Because the collective life of human beings has no meaning without the existence of values, norms, goals and even conflicts that arise through communication. In addition, the emergence and perpetuation of group (social) values, norms, cultural content, as well as social learning processes and at the same time social contradictions, arise only through communication. Individuals need to be aware of the goals, intentions, awareness, and thinking of others in order to be able to respond to them. Although speech is the most common way of communicating between people, it is done in different ways. It should be noted that non-verbal communication also plays a major role in communication between individuals.

Behavioral psychologist Skinner believes that severe punishment for children and adolescents for misbehavior may temporarily eliminate the child, but in most cases leads to retaliatory and socially compensatory behaviors or other emotional problems. What teachers allow children to do, on the one hand, causes emotional problems and behavioral conflicts, and on the other hand, creates a disturbing relationship between the teacher and the student, making it difficult to reconstruct and repair it, and sometimes out of reach. In such a situation, the child may give the negative image he has of the punishing teacher to other teachers in the learning environment and even the physical space of the school. Aggressive and emotional teachers who cannot control their behavior with severe and frequent punishments will have adverse effects on their students' adaptation and will stimulate their resistance in learning lessons.

Traditionally, the issue of "law governing private international contracts" has long been one of the most significant issues of laws conflict and at present, its importance has increased with the development of trade and commerce. The Iranian legislature has also addressed this issue in the second volume of the Civil Code and has laid down Article 968 of this law as a rule regarding transactions, and apparently accepts the theory of "rule of law at the conclusion place" over contractual obligations, in exceptional cases. It also respects the will role of parties in recognizing the governing law. However in recent years, in light of recent developments in international law, legislators and, in some cases, jurisprudence have aligned them with legal doctrine and taken steps to adopt the latter theory. An examination of the French legal system indicates that by acceding to the 1980 Rome Convention, France has accepted the most important rule in Article 1 of the Convention, which is the "freedom of contracting parties to private international law to choose the law governing contractual obligations" and, except in cases the exception mentioned in the following articles of this Convention, this rule has caused a great change in the contract law of this country; However, before that, the judiciary of this country, with emphasis on the principles of free economy and capitalism, has more or less paid attention to this important and valuable rule.

After the introduction of the press as a mass media into the lives of people in the community, due to technical advances, the entry of other mass media became possible. Television, sometimes referred to as the most powerful "media", entered social life after World War II, around 1946. The reception of this media was extremely high; So that today in industrialized countries, as well as among the middle classes of non-industrialized countries, not only most households have a TV set, but in some cases second and third TV sets have entered the house so that each family member, without disturbing For others to be able to watch their own program. In recent decades, newer phenomena in the field of mass communication have made it possible to change the habits of watching television. The number of television stations allows viewers to choose between multiple transmitters, and the presence of video and the ability to record television programs reduces the time dependence of individuals on television and allows them to watch the program at any time. The expansion of satellites will also bring about major changes. But these new phenomena have not yet brought about fundamental changes in the habits of watching television, and it is likely that over time, the changes in this field will be clearly visible.
