The present study investigates the effect of companies’ age and their intangible resources on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and companies’ performance in Kalat Mashhad industrial site. The present operational research tries to answer the question of whether the age of companies and their intangible resources affect the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and companies’ performance in Kalat Mashhad industrial site.The statistical population of the present study was the financial staff of Kalat industrial site in Mashhad. Using Cochran's formula, 194 people were selected by simple random sampling. Then, research variables were examined using a reliable and valid questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) and path analysis; SPSS 24 and Smart PLS3 software were also used to analyze the data.The results indicated that entrepreneurship has a significant effect on firm performance and its intangible resources. Intangible resources also have a significant effect on firm performance. But firm age did not play a moderating role in the relationship between entrepreneurship and firm performance. Finally, the results showed that intangible resources played a mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurship and firm performance.

Background: One of the essential effects of expanding entrepreneurship is increasing initiative, improving technical knowledge, creating jobs, and generating income at the community level, which can lead to economic growth and transformation. And this is important for organizations concerning entrepreneurship as the economy's expansion can occupy more markets and provide suitable conditions.Methods: Therefore, despite the efficient human resources in our country and having valuable experiences in the field of entrepreneurship in the world, it is essential to plan in the field of entrepreneurship. Also, the capacity of young people and elites in the country can be used to develop entrepreneurship as much as possible.Results: Entrepreneurship development will also be the best way for social, economic, and industrial development and to solve the problems of unemployment and social harm. In the development of entrepreneurial culture, various influential factors need to be identified and can be expanded according to the degree of effectiveness and strengthening the grounds for creativity and initiative.

Women in the developing countries are considered the prime hope for promotion of families and growth and development of their countries. Success of entrepreneur women in these communities not only leads to economic benefit but also provides social and cultural benefits. The present research aims to study the role of psychological factors on entrepreneurship and financial independence of entrepreneur women of Mazandaran Province. Research method is of library and field type. Statistical population consists of 1000 entrepreneur women holding a technical and vocational skills certificate in different fields. Then, upon collecting the questionnaire containing 48 questions and analyzing the said questions, research hypotheses were tested. Findings have revealed that there is a direct and indirect meaningful relationship between all tangible variables of learning spirit, inner control, independence at work, risk-taking, creativity, innovation, determination and perseverance and intangible variable of entrepreneurship and financial independence of women. Moreover, all variables of learning spirit, inner control, work independence, risk-taking, creativity, innovation, determination and perseverance on entrepreneurship and financial independence of women of Mazandaran Province. Finally, it has concluded about what subjects involved authorities and managers should be more concerned for more development of the said Province.

Corporate entrepreneurship refers to the activities that enhance organization’s ability to innovate, take risk and seize market opportunities. It also refers to the development of new products or services, administrative systems and techniques, and the development of new business models and business ventures. Moreover, corporate entrepreneurship consists of the process where an individual or a group of individuals, within an established organization, creates an innovation or a new organization and is involved in the process of wealth creation. Therefore, the purpose of this paper, and a survey conducted for it, is to examine the impact of corporate entrepreneurship on business performance of Iranian large organizations.

In this research, we meant to study the effects of entrepreneurship aspects on performance. Entrepreneurship aspects such as risk-taking, being active, progressive and innovative, and their effects one performance of small enterprises are studied. Risk-taking activities of entrepreneurs are consisted of tendency to use indicator factors for utilizing the opportunities and/or using strategies do not have certain consequences in business. The activities of entrepreneurs are related to their tendency for overcoming their rivals by means of two factors: progression and bold actions. Research methodology is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the statistical population includes all small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Arak, industrial city and by means of random sampling method, and 100 people were chosen as the sample. Questionnaire was used as data collection tool. From the amount and type of effects of independent variables on dependent variable i.e. enterprises’ performance, utilizing the information was the most effective variable on the enterprises’ performance. Then, entrepreneurship aspects and information acquisition were respectively other variables that have more influence on dependent variable i.e. enterprises’ performance.
