Finally this study attempts, through analysis of historical data, to show yaqub's role in formation of Iranian-Islamic identity. Survey method within this study is descriptive, analytical and for data collection library method has been used.Sami Publishing CompanyInternational Journal of Advanced Studies in Humanities and Social Science2717-02091320120701Cultural Relationship of Ilkhanan Dynasty and Europe (1258-1335 A.D /656-736 AH)15116283364ENAlireza KarimiMember of History Faculty of Tabriz UniversityMorteza Khosro PanahPhD student in History, Tabriz University, Tabriz, IranJournal Article20190303The main question of the present study is an investigation into the influential factors in formation of cultural ties between Iran and Europe during Ilkhanian reign in Iran. Common beliefs between Ilkhanan dynasty and Europe constitutes the primary hypothesis and elements like obeying cultural policies of Ghenghis , close observation on religious promotions of Christians in Iran and their role within Islamic lands and Iran make the secondary hypothesis. Finally the common grounds between Ikhanian dynasty and Europe is the alternative hypothesis. The research findings show the main hypothesis to be the most important element and other hypotheses to be other factors in establishing cultural relationship. Alternative hypothesis findings show this fact that although Europe and Ilkhanian dynasty had same strategies in one aspect (Conquered Lands), but this issue never played an important role in their cultural ties, but they exerted cultural exploitation out of it. This study is concerned with influential cultural factors and their degree of effectiveness.Research method is descriptive-analytic and Iranian and foreign sources were used.Sami Publishing CompanyInternational Journal of Advanced Studies in Humanities and Social Science2717-02091320120701Effect of organizational promotion system on organizational commitment in human resource performance16317683365ENMohammad Reza MohammadiDepartment of Economic and Accounting, Faculty of Sciences, Islamic Azad University, Roodehen Branch, Tehran, IranJournal Article20190303The present study investigates the effect and relationship between organizational promotion system and organizational commitment among the HRM staff of; thus, the main purpose of this paper is to determine the relation among the variables of employees’ job satisfaction or organizational commitment as well as providing scientific suggestions for improving the employees’ job satisfaction and as a result, increasing their organizational commitment. Beside the direct effects of infertility, other factors could affect the happiness level of the infertile women. This study was conducted to investigate these factors. In this descriptive-analytic study, a total of 130 women who visited our center in Kermanshah, Iran, were selected by using convenience sampling method. Demographic data questionnaire, the Spiritual Intelligence Self‐Report Inventory (sisri-24), Oxford happiness inventory (OHI) and Satisfaction with life scale (SWLS) were used to collect the data. In this study, the mean score for happiness level of the infertile women was found to be 30.98. The results, also, showed that there is a positive significant correlation between happiness with income, wife and the husband’s education level, life satisfaction and spiritual intelligence and its three subscales. Moreover, a significant but negative correlation was found to exist between the length of the infertility period and the happiness level of these women. Finally, the education level factor was found to be the most effective in predicting the happiness level of the infertile women. based on the findings of this study, the happiness level of the infertile women was lower than the rest of the population within the society. Considering the fact that some factors affects the happiness level of these people; therefore, interventions which could target these factors could increase these women’s happiness level.Sami Publishing CompanyInternational Journal of Advanced Studies in Humanities and Social Science2717-02091320120701Studying the relationship between the sizes of firms accepted in Stock Exchange and their operating performances emphasizing at industry agent: Evidence from Iran18620083367ENAkbar KananiDepartment of Accounting, Marand Branch, Islamic Azad University, Marand, IranSeyyed Jaber MirniyaDepartment of Accounting, Soofiyan Branch, Islamic Azad University, Soofiyan, IranJournal Article20190303The size of a company shows different perspectives of it in several studies. The present research is going to study the effect of the sizes of firms accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange on their operating performances. Our statistical sample includes 66 firms during the time period between 2006 and 2010. The statistical method used in this research includes the independent t test and a bidirectional variance analysis method. The findings of the research show that the size of the firms affects criteria such as ROA, ROE, REVA, MVA, P/E, M/B, and Q statistically and it does not affect criteria such as EPS, ROI, RI, and EVA. Also regarding EPS and EVA, we can say that firms with big sizes affect these criteria the most and small firms have the least effects on ROI and RI criteria.
Also in studying the simultaneous effects of the type of the industry and the sizes of firms on operating performances of them each of operating performance approaches (accounting, financial, value added and integrative approaches) is affected by the industry agent. The only way to understand the connections and interdependencies of such a huge, complicated and dynamic system is to have a systemic point of view. And public policy which is considered as inherently complicated field must be dealt with a COMPLICATED manner. In this regard, the dynamics of the system arises as a multidisciplinary field. System dynamics is a perspective and a set of conceptual tools that enable us to understand the structure and dynamics of complex systems. In this paper, we will pay attention to the relationship between public policy and the global view of system dynamics, how to solve complex problems in the process of policy-making by the means of dynamics of the system, namely the process of dynamic modeling, the causal loop diagram, to convert the causal loop diagram into a cumulative flow diagrams and simulation of models by means of computer software, and eventually the potential contributions of systems techniques to matters related to public policy.
