It is used for effectiveness improvement and management decision processing, business intelligence ,business traffic analysis and performance management in an integrated environment.This study investigates the effect of Board information system on the organizations` performance taking into account the financial, customer, internal process and learning and growth dimensions. This study is practical research regarding to objective and a descriptive-analytical regarding to methodology. Therefore, the features and capabilities of Board information system are firstly examined by library and document studies approach then the effect of this information system on organizational performance is studied by forming a focal group session and performing meta-analysis. International Sale of Goods which is enacted in 1980, discusses the matter in its Article 79. The CISG abstains to use such terms as Frustration and Force majeure which are used in national legal systems. This prevention of using such terms thought to be the way that CISG keeps itself independence from national legal systems. As a result the CISG ordains its specific terms and conditions to set up the exemption for damages arising from the breach of contract by the person who has faced impediments and breached the contract. Which one of the political literacy components has a greater impact on intellectual capital and its components? 2. How are the quantity and quality of this effectiveness? This study is based on the relationship between political literacy and intellectual capital among the staff of the Department of Education in Zanjan province. According to objective, result and methodology, this study can be considered descriptive - explanatory, applied and surveying (field work), respectively. The study population consisted of consisted of 245 employees working in the general office of Department of Education, Zanjan. The sample size was determined as 152 subjects by simple random sampling method. The data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire. The research hypotheses were tested using the followings: Structural equation modeling method, dispersion indices, Pearson test and Kolmogorov–Smirnov test, Lisrel and SPSS applications. The results showed a significant relationship between political literacy that the components and intellectual capital. The results also indicated that political understanding and perception and understanding of national interests can increase the level of intellectual capital in the target population. In order to reach goals of the research, theoretical basics and the research background inside and out of the country, were studied and then a set of theories, concepts, background, definitions and symptoms related to lack of mental health and job satisfaction. Then, the researcher has studied the job satisfaction by means of a mental questionnaire and a general health questionnaire consisting 30 four-choice questions. The statistical population of current research consists of all principals in Islamic Azad University of Tehran-East Branch whom some of them were selected as statistical sample. Data collected from questionnaires was analyzed by means of descriptive statistics and also by using the inferential statistics. The results show that mental health of principals affects their job satisfaction. Also various components of mental health of principals are effective on their job satisfaction. Another side mental health and gender of principals have influence on their job satisfaction.
