Earthquake is one of the factors that considered less than other disasters. However, according to critical conditions of our country and Potential vulnerability to earthquake, it must be taken into account as one of the most basic natural destructive elements. Most of the researches on earthquake deal with issues, such as the increased resistance of the instruction by using durable and high quality of materials. Of course while confirming this principle it is important to note that what areas are most and least vulnerable in the present situation? Indeed, earthquake as a natural phenomenon does not cause undesirable results itself. What makes this phenomenon a disaster is the lack of prevention and readiness to deal with its consequences? The aim of present investigation is to evaluate the vulnerability, its rate and also ways of reducing vulnerability in Chalous city. To commence study and Identification of restricted vulnerable areas, real data from Property audits plan was used. And also the data base was made for recognizing how much of buildings are Vulnerable against earthquake and also we investigate the vulnerability. This research surveys relationship between contraction and expansion budget on Iranian private sector investment risks from 1981 to 2011. The establishment of central banks by industrial nations aimed at money value retaining with gold standard and limited trade with other states which were using gold standard. To achieve this goal, central banks decided to determine as a part of gold standard the interest rates based on which charged their debtors and other banks. The gold standard almost requires monthly adjustment and settlement. This research showed that Iranian economic growth rate (5.1%) equals that of states with low income and is far to reach East Asia developing states (8.9). meanwhile it’s a bit higher than average growth rate of developing states in Latin America (3.1), Middle East (4.3%), Africa (4.6), and Europe (5%). As well among selected states this rate for Iran is lower than states like china (10.3%), India (7.1%), UAE (5.8%) and Russia (5.5%), although being lower than states including Saudi Arabia (3.4%), Venezuela (3.9%), turkey (3.8%), Brazil (3.3%). Korea (4.4%), and Libya (4.3%). This comparison suggests that state average economic growth rate is relatively low. Many problems are indicated when investigating per capita production trend and Iranian economic growth rate as well as comparing it to other states. Low per capita production in Iran regarding state potentials makes the problem which suggests low economic welfare. Indeed, Iranian per capita production and thus economic welfare will grow up if economy experiences a long term of high economic growth rate and stability.

The revival stream of Islamic politics at present time, which has been affected by strong knowledge effects and under influence of Islamic Revolution, was practically and clearly manifested and exposed the major regional dependent systems caused by introducing Islamic policy principles. Islamic vigilantism (awakening) is a part of illustration process and uprising among Islamic Community (Umma) that it finally reaches them to cultural, intellectual, and political independence. After interpretation of Islamic Revolution reflects an national and international levels in this research based on peaceful process and idealistic theories and then dealing with subject of Islamic vigilantism as one of the external manifestations of Islamic Revolution this question will be answered that: What are some reasons and signs of dimensional change in international power and those factors and what is the Islamic Revolution prophecy (mission) in this regard? Afterwards, with employing research documents, sources, and findings, it is deduced that in today chaotic world, rather than modern reengineering on ideological, cultural, and religions issues and playing a positive and effective role in changing of international power equations, Islamic Republic should consider the regional and international requirements and contingencies with improving domestic potential and through adaptation to the objectives, which were drawn by the existing tools, it may create a clear outlook in this course.

The research is based on the analysis of the American television series named Friends with the focus on the CSIs (Culture Specific Items) and how these differences have been handled by Persian translators who produced the subtitles. The analysis was based on the assumption that Iranian's culture is different from the US culture so people in these two countries may have problems in understanding CSIs if they are translated literally and if the subtitle translation is not adapted to the target audience. The research looked at the way subtitle translators involved with subtitling the American television series Friends had dealt with CSIs in when translating oral discourse into Persian. The main objective of this study has been to analyze different translation choices which are currently used by the translators in questions, dealing with CSIs where cultural differences between Iran and the US arise. The researcher has provided some questionnaires among university students of this field, some of the students were B.A. students of translation studies and some other were M.A. Students of linguistics. Sincepower dissipation becomes an irritating growing problem, the graphic processor unit (GPU) analysis of power and its components is very difficult to design software and hardware systems. At present, GPU has become to an integral part of computing systems mainstream with multi-core multidisciplinary processors, with high symmetry and balance and high computational power and memory very high-bandwidth.To find the rules and principles of power-aware programming with GPU accelerators, we exploit a set of the basics fromprogramming languages. These power consumption amounts are efficient to estimate and evaluate the power during high-level programs development.

In this study, the component of Islamic accounting has been reviewed. Review of different description of Islamic accounting and comparing them with common accounting showed that there are differences among them: in the purpose of preparation of information, kind of realized information and the way they are measured and reported, information users, economic infrastructure, kind of accountability and application of religious law. Islamic accounting is after realization of some purposes including the following: profitability for decision making, Islamic accountability, zakat payment, usury prohibition, speculation prohibition, etc. It seems that Islamic accounting can improve the accounting and financial reporting in Islamic countries to a great extend, through considering the religious, cultural and social features and institutionalizing the common accounting in Islamic societies.

The present study investigates the mediating role of marital intimacy in the relationship between attitudes toward love and marital satisfaction in married men and women. The statistical population of this study included married men and women in Songor, of whom 174 participants were chosen by convenience sampling. The data were collected using the Love Attitude, Bagarozi Marital Intimacy (2001), and Enrich Marital Satisfaction (1989) questionnaires and analyzed by structural equation modeling using PLS3 software. The results showed that only the components of Eros (β = 0.66 and P <0.001) and Agape (β = 0.31 and P <0.001) were significantly and positively associated with marital satisfaction. In addition, marital intimacy was found to be a mediator for the Eros (β = 0.49 and P <0.001) and Agape (β = 0.31 and P <0.001) components but not for the other components of the love style. This finding highlighted the mediating role of marital intimacy in the relationship between love and marital satisfaction; therefore, it should be taken into account for promoting marital relationships. Our findings also underlined the need to pay more attention to marital intimacy among couples.
