Monetary authorities each economy assesses the need of the money. Due to the change in the cash directly sometimes has an effect in production, income, employment and inflation. Affecting factors for these changes is highly desirable for economic and deficiencies caused by the country's deteriorating liquidity necessary and always part of the most important topics among economists country. As theoretic several factors may affect the liquidity of the country, but According to Iran's oil revenues, the country's major foreign exchange revenue and the budget is always set on it, this hypothesis is based on the fact that the liquidity of country have direct effect. In this case, another question is given that the amount of foreign income outside the Iranian economy, How could base on different policies and the volatility of oil prices and production and oil-importing countries, impact on country's liquidity which solely be based on demand and it’s situation of the banking system and generally based on country's infrastructure managed.In this case, it was optimistic that its cash flow is adjusted based on the economic capacity of the country and the flood of liquidity that has been seen in recent years, wouldn’t causing chaos, economic instability and devaluation of the national currency.

In the present research we have studied about the effect of asset's liquidation regarding the limitations of financing on cash flow sensitivity of cash. To carry out the research we have chosen 60 firms accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange during the time period between 2006 and 2011 using a systematic deletion method. To test the research hypotheses we have used a multiple variable regression method. Then the results were analyzed using atast software. The research results showed that the liquidation of physical assets does not affect cash flow sensitivity.

This paper concentrates on the relationship between trade openness, financial openness and government size concerning the ECO. Compensation hypothesis explains that trade-openness is positively interconnected with the government size. Also, financial openness has negative relationship with the government size. Using panel data for ECO countries during 2000-2009, we have found evidence of a positive relationship between trade-openness and government size and also a negative relationship between financial openness and the size of government.

The present research sets out to answer the question if there is any significant relationship between organizational commitment, organizational culture and employee performance in the courts of the east Golestan Province. The method of research was descriptive, i.e. survey kind, and there was a correlation with the statistical population of the employees of the east Golestan Courts with 200 personnel. The method of the sampling of this research is simple random. The data were collected through library and field method and the instruments used were a standard questionnaire on organizational commitment (Allen and Meyer), a questionnaire about organizational culture (Hofsted) and a questionnaire on employee performance (Hersigold Smith). The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained by Cronbach’s Alpha as 0.949, 0.945 and 0.946 respectively for organizational commitment, organizational culture and employee performance. The establishment and validity of the instrument were confirmed by content method. Moreover, as for analyzing the data of the courts of the east Golestan province, there was a significant relationship. The research method involved the correlation test of Spearman and Kolmogorov-Smirnov (Ks) was used for examining the normal distribution of the data using SPSS software. The results show that there is a significant relationship between organizational commitment, organizational culture and the employee performance of the courts of the east Golestan Province.

This paper aims to investigate the Effectiveness of mothers’ Group Counseling by means of Ellis’s rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) in Reducing test anxiety in their children (girls) at Second Grade Secondary School of district 9 of Tehran city. The statistical population entails the entire girl students at Second Grade Secondary School of district 9 of Tehran city(2012-2013) where the sample group was chosen among these students with the sample size equal to 40 students chosen by means of Multi-stage random sampling method put into The two experimental and control groups. The tools used in this paper include Test Anxiety Inventory (TAI) and Spielberger's State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI). Randomized control-group pretest-posttest design has been applied in this paper. At first the individuals were selected as the sample group who had the score in the Test Anxiety Inventory (TAI) with the deviation standard less than mean and then were replaced with two experimental and control groups. The experimental intervention (group counseling by means of Ellis’s rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT)) on the experimental group at 12 sessions in a half hour (one session per week) were applied, and then after this finished post-test can be applied for both groups. To analyze data, in addition to descriptive statistical methods such as mean and standard deviation, the inferential statistic methods like t-test were used. The results from the data analysis showed that mothers’ Group Counseling by means of Ellis’s rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) in Reducing test anxiety in girl children has helped more in experimental group rather than the control group. The significance level has been taken α<0.05.

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between company performance, executive compensation and corporate leverage of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. The research methodology was conducted within the framework of Inductive-deductive reasoning, it means, theoretical fundamentals research history is by library studies, articles and Web sites in the form of inductive and collect information to confirm or reject the hypothesis in deductive form. The study population consisted of all companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Tehran. According to the official website of the Tehran Stock Exchange by the end of year 2013, all companies listed include 520 companies in 37 industry groups, respectively. The results of the first hypothesis showed that there is significant inverse relationship between Company performance and volatility of financial leverage. A negative coefficient for this variable (-0.2486) implies that there is an inverse relationship between firm performance and volatility of financial leverage. Based on the results of the second hypothesis, there are a significant and direct relationship between fluctuations executive compensation and corporate financial leverage. The positive coefficient for this variable (0.0010) suggests the existence of a direct link between executive compensation and corporate financial leverage volatility. The third hypothesis test results showed that there is a significant inverse relationship between the positive performance of executive compensation and corporate financial leverage fluctuations,. A negative coefficient for this variable (-0.0010) indicate an inverse relationship between positive performance due to executive compensation and corporate financial leverage volatility.

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of differentiation of self in predicted of family function in women with marital conflict. The population consist of all women referred to counseling centers and dementia clinics in Tabriz. 120 women were selected with sampling method. The students answered the same questionnaire including: questionnaire of marital conflict, Family Assessment Device (FAD), and differentiation of self. Data analysis included multivariate regression, pearson’s r correlations, regression analysis, ANOVA analyses with SPSS software (package of Spss / pc + + ver18). The results of this study show the there is a significant relationship between differentiation of self in predicted of family function in women with marital conflict. According to the results there is a significant relationship between differentiation of self with problem solving, communication, emotional companionship, emotional involvement, overall performance and predicted of family function in women with marital conflict.

Many of addicts in their addiction period have voluntarily referred to rehabilitation centers. Evidences don’t show that most of addicts are not able to quit addiction for the long term so that more than 75 percent of people who have treated, less than 6 months again relapse into drug abuse. In this study, survey- descriptive method has been used in order to analyze effective factors on addiction relapse. To do this, statistical sample of 300 persons have responded through researcher-made questionnaire. To analyze data, descriptive and inferential statistics have been used. According to research results, it was determined that factors such as impact of addicted friends, addiction reminding factors, contaminated life’s environment and inefficiency of psychotherapy sessions in addiction relapse have played role in addiction relapse. Also impact of these factors on age and gender of self-introduced addicts are similar (P= 0.000). To prevent addiction relapse, recommendations such as providing consultants for rehabilitation centers, more accurate monitoring of police over places of drug distribution, preventing from traffic of under-treatment addicts to former places of drug distribution, preventing from communication of under-treatment addict with addicted friends and more concentration on treatment plans in first 3months of addiction relapse, seem necessary.

The term authority means level of having capability to influence people with level of affectability on them. This capability is gradually intermingled with practice and power of the ruler. At present, authority usually speaks of some level of official power, subordination of others and special obligation within certain rules. An authoritative person has naturally the right of commanding but authority differs from simple exercise of power or force. On the other hand, two interpretations of power and authority must be separated: power means the ability to attract or instigate obedience while authority means exercise of some actions with the right of setting rules and running the affairs and the like. In Islamic culture, authority takes a certain definition; authority of the Islamic ruler approved by the religious legislator is considered the main cause of power as well as prevention of autocracy and dictatorship. This article tries to make analysis of authority and modes of its acquisition in Jurisprudent and to respond to skepticism raised thereof by concisely elucidating authority and its status in Islamic culture.

Information asymmetry of market brings undesired outcomes such as little participation of investors, high trade costs, weak markets, and low trade profits. Regarding to the importance of information asymmetry concept, the goal of this research is study of relationship between Corporative ownership and information asymmetry in companies accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange. A sample of 97 companies, members of Tehran Stock Exchange, was selected for a 5 year period (2007-2011). Linear regression model with confidence level of 95% and software Excel and SPSS were used to test the research assumption. The results show that there a reverse (negative) relationship between Corporative ownership level with information asymmetry.

In this thesis, an attempt has been made to study in two stages the role of unofficial capitals in rural development. In the first stage, as an introduction to investment in agriculture, the function of official and unofficial capitals is investigated. One of the main aims of the government with respect to rural development is to offer loans through banks. This has some advantages, but also two disadvantages, which has been addressed in this thesis. First, although the rate of interest of such official capitals is relatively low, bureaucratic formalities prevent the majority of farmers from using such loans. Second, the banks that offer loans have no control over the way the loans are spent. In practice, the policy of offering low-interest loans has failed in its aim of rural development. In the second stage, an analytic model was used on33 development indexes (economic, social, fundamental) in 32 villages and Isargaran wholesale fruit center. The purpose was both to evaluate the relation between whole sale fruit centers with rural areas from economic and social points of view and to evaluate the purchasing power of this center and its function and investment power in the whole country .the results of the second stage showed that first, because of developments in transportation and communication, villagers now have a better understanding of the factors influential in the market and the traditional and healthy relation between producers and sellers in the wholesale fruit center has decreased. Second, although the fruit produced in the south of the country are of bad quality, wholesale fruit sellers prefer to buy fruit from the north or the fruit produced in the province. It is to be noted that this wholesale fruit center is rich enough to do investment throughout the country, but so far, it has failed to play a part in the economy at a national level. Finally, an attempt has been made to offer a suitable pattern for the area under study and to attract the attention of policy makers by showing the shortcomings of the present programs.

Location is not only a shelter for human activities , but also it is a phenomenon that human gives it meaning with his interaction , attached to it , sometimes even he recognizes himself with it . If we look at it as a need of human being viewpoint, man need to emotional interaction with the place he lives or in other word belonging to place is the most important aspects of interaction of human being with place that should be care by urban planners, designer and architecture. So this study base on literature review and related data in this field and with defining belonging to place, reviewing different dimension of it and categorizing of reasons attempt to describe new model of elements and forming process about human and place interaction. Results indicate that the attachment to sites has different dimensions of emotional, cognitive, and behavioral performance. In addition , the quality of interaction are formed based on five key elements, including humans , location , participation in the location planning, location and time factor in how human interaction.

The purpose of this study is the investigation of variations in equity returns of shares holders and firm size on abnormal return created in IPO. For this case, the firms which entered to Tehran Stock Exchange from 1999 to 2011 were investigated by means of regression analysis. Therefore, 92 firms were selected randomly by removal method. The results show that there is a meaningful relationship between equity return of stock holders and abnormal return in IPO and there was no meaningful relationship between firm size and abnormal return in IPO.

This research focuses on the measurement of the quality of corporate governance and on whether there exists a relationship between corporate governance and firm performance for a sample of the Top 100 companies. With reference to the battery of models available from the literature and the Code of Corporate Governance applicable to Mauritius, a checklist measuring the effect of 13 key factors was developed and studied in relation to the Taffler model. Analysis from the results shows that on the overall, there is no difference in performance for companies having poor and excellent quality of governance. Hence no significant relationship has been found between corporate governance and financial performance.

This research study discussed the factors of the progress of martial arts teachers and trainers. The qualitative method was used in the research method and according to the qualitative method in the first stage of data collection. The qualitative section's sampling method was purposeful and judgmental, and then snowball sampling was used to collect information. In this research, theoretical saturation was reached by interviewing 21 people from the target samples. The data collection tools were interviews and documents, and after coding and identifying the themes, the Demitel method was used to design and validate the model. Data analysis has been done using related theme analysis methods. Then, the data obtained from twenty-one interviews were coded and analyzed using the theorizing method of a theme analysis. Findings: The results of the theme analysis showed that the grouping of codes is fifteen components. Success in coaching is one of the critical factors in combat sports and has three parts: capacity building in coaches and previous learning and analysis of the situation. Conclusion: The results of this research can be used as a basis for advancing martial arts teachers and trainers. In combat sports, the coach is considered one of the primary and central figures. Thus, identifying the influential factors in the progress of teachers and coaches was extracted and confirmed, the research framework was drawn, and its suitability was confirmed.

People are always concerned about selecting and building careers that meet their aspirations and needs. Career planning process involves both individual and organization responsibility. Thus, every organization has an obligation to utilize its employee’s abilities to the fullest and to give them a chance to grow and to realize their full potential for the development of successful career1. On the other hand the individuals must also identify their aspirations and abilities, and through assessment and counseling to understand their needs of training and development. Thus, career planning and development has been given increased emphasis in different organization. This paper has tried to evaluate the career planning policy, as an activity which plays an increasingly representative role in the human resources management. The career planning of the employees is essential for the organizational growth, effective utilization of available human resources and for the optimum productivity. The rationale of this study was to assess the career planning policy which is used by public sector in India to arouse its employees to perform better. Victimization is often caused by several factors such as poor physical and mental health, emotional imbalances, lack of social status and lack of environmental care, but some people’s offence is because of their physical, psychological and the other physiological characteristics more than the others. Aging means reduction of mental and physical powers that occurs over time and in different countries based on people living conditions and culture it differs. The elderly always are group of people vulnerable of being the targeted to crime. Unfortunately, the existing laws have very limited support. Also, there are behaviors which from perspective of government’s criminal laws may not be considered as crime but influence the elderly and their surrounding strongly. As a result, addressing them besides the acts and omission acts that controvert criminal laws of the governments, in order to understanding the causes of the elderly abuse, preventing it and reducing that damages influencing the elderly seems essential. So, according to extensive development in criminal laws and differentiation policy view of legislators to this area of study the existence of corporate policy in this area is required. But unfortunately there is no position for corporate policy in Iran and less attention is paid to it.

The purpose of this study was to investigating the relationship between decision making styles of management and organizational health with mediating role of deviant behavior of staff . The population consist of 187 staff. The researcher obtained the data for the study from a sample of the 125 staff of ministry of transportation were selected. A data collection instrument is included demographic questionnaire, questionnaire of decision management, organizational health, and deviant behavior. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, model of structural relations with Lisrel software (version 8.5). The results of this study show the, there is a significant relationship between decision making styles of management and organizational health with mediating role of deviant behavior of staff. According the results, there is not relationship between decision making styles of management and organizational health.

In this research, through identifying the components of what is called “Iranian Twitter”, we tried to identify and evaluate the patterns of how Iranian Twitter users are affected by the political attitudes of the Iranian Twitter Influencers. For this purpose, Influencers and Followers including 917,318 Iranian users of Twitter were categorized based on their political attitudes; then, patterns of how Followers were affected by Influencers were identified and evaluated for various political attitudes. To categorize Influencers and Followers, we used data mining techniques, and to analyze network data, we applied Gephi software. The results showed that although none of the political attitudes in Iranian Twitter have significant superiority to others, a significant proportion of users who favored a political attitude, displayed little tendency to be exposed to different political messages.

In recent years due to economic sanctions and some problems in the executive budget emerged at the country, the topic of change management within the organizations and governmental companies has been taken into account by senior managers. A variety of models and patterns have been proposed in the context of current status existing in the companies. This paper intends to apply Tichy's Technical, Political, Cultural model to show Iranian Airports Company works at which areas and fields. Further, after recognizing the most important area, an effective prioritization of it has to be proposed. The statistical population of this research entails the personnel working at the department of aviation Operations within the company. According to the results from the Delphi method used in this paper, one can say that the company encountered difficulties and damages in five main areas of strategy, systems, structure, human resource management and organizational processes, where a large body of difficulties emerged at human resource management so that the company needs revise and modify this area.

In the current status that all organizations facing the Intense competition and ongoing changes in market requirements, having the sustainable competitive advantage is critical and applying the appropriate leadership style of management is one of tools to gain competitive advantage for today's organizations manager. Given the importance of the purpose of the present study is to investigate the relationship between leadership style and organizational learning, in addition to its role in mediating the prospects are assessed. Research population, includes Managers, principals and teachers of schools in the Jafarabad. Data collected from the questionnaire used in this study. After the pre-test questionnaire and ensure high reliability (Cronbach's alpha 0.97) 160 questionnaires were distributed and collected from Jafarabad school on October 2013 and SPSS software is used in order to analysis the data. Pearson correlation coefficient and ANOVA analysis were used to test the hypotheses. The results of this research indicate that leadership style has a direct effect and indirect effect on organizational learning and between leadership style with vision and vosion with organizational learning and Also there is a significantly positive relationship between leadership style and organizational learning.

The present study investigates the effect and relationship between organizational promotion system and organizational commitment among the HRM staff of; thus, the main purpose of this paper is to determine the relation among the variables of employees’ job satisfaction or organizational commitment as well as providing scientific suggestions for improving the employees’ job satisfaction and as a result, increasing their organizational commitment. Hence, the present paper investigates the objectives such as relationship between the employees’ job promotion and satisfaction and their organizational commitment in human resource management and relationship between the employees’ satisfaction with salary and their organizational commitment.

Iranian Carpet which displays art identity and culture of Iranian is a commodity considering by many people in today's world, and this could be a good explanation for needing use differences marketing strategies in order to increase sales of this product. Therefore, considering that the market share of handmade carpet competitors such as flooring is increasing, and one of the factors is strongest substitutes for this product; hence, appropriate action should be taken so as to maintain and surpass in this competitive market of flooring by using knowledge of marketing, application tools and suitable solutions of marketing in this field. This research is in terms of practical and descriptive approach. A questionnaire was designed for this study that after validation distributed among vendors of handmade carpet in Khorasan Razavi. The results indicate that all the strategies which considered in this paper are effective on domestic sales of hand made carpet. They are listed in priority: promotion, distribution and price.
