Using caption in teaching English as a second language has had its particular advocates throughout the history of language teaching. The present study intends to examine the potential effectiveness of captioned inputs for comprehension of English idiomatic expressions among EFL intermediate learners. It is set to determine how captioned inputs result in comprehension of English idiomatic expressions in comparison with non-captioned inputs. To this end, the Oxford Placement Test (OPT) was administered to 82 students in an English Institute of Shahrekord, Iran, to find out their English proficiency levels. The participants took a test of 40 multiple-choice items as a pretest to determine their background knowledge in English idioms. The questionnaire data revealed that learners who used captions could promote their attention and improved their learning processing. A reliable posttest was administered after teaching fifteen units of their English textbook during 15 weeks. The mean score by Kolmogorov-Smirnov showed the group using captioned slides of English idiomatic expressions outperformed the other group.

The BSC includes four dimensions: financial, customer, internal process and learning and growth. In this research, field research technique was applied, and questionnaires were used in order to gather data. The statistical population was 35 firms. Totally, 1400 questionnaires were passed out, 40 questionnaires in each firm, out of which 1230 questionnaires were returned. SPSS 18 was utilized to analyze the data. Results indicated a significant positive relationship between the components of the mission statement and some of the performance components. The most significant positive relationship was found between the purpose and the financial component, and the least significant positive relationship was found between the vision and the internal presses. In addition, the financial dimension was related to the all the mission components. As a result, improving firm mission statement will improve financial performance, and strategic managers should devote extreme attention to this issue.

Proof of Ethics with Math
Kiumars
Hashemi Fard
In this paper, we examine the relation between ethics and mathematics and, through the formulas, we conclude a negative or positive behavior. If it was negative, it would behave incorrectly and if it was positive, it would be correct. Of course, each behavior is considered completely separate, and many of the benefits to each behavior may not be known yet. So any behavior will have either positive or negative effects; here is just one example of this template to illustrate them. Smoking was considered as a behavior. Given the advantages and disadvantages, an impact was defined for each, and eventually these impacts were expressed in terms of numbers, and the result was a negative number, which indicates that smoking is a negative behavior.
