Evaluation of Business Intelligence Systems on Organization Performance with Balanced Scorecard Approach

According to the importance of information systems in Today's world particularly the mangers’ need for systems in field of business intelligence and organization performance management, Board information system was designed in 1994 in Switzerland for simultaneously economic and rapid development of performance management and business intelligence. It is used for effectiveness improvement and management decision processing, business intelligence ,business traffic analysis and performance management in an integrated environment.This study investigates the effect of Board information system on the organizations` performance taking into account the financial, customer, internal process and learning and growth dimensions. This study is practical research regarding to objective and a descriptive-analytical regarding to methodology. Therefore, the features and capabilities of Board information system are firstly examined by library and document studies approach then the effect of this information system on organizational performance is studied by forming a focal group session and performing meta-analysis. Results show that Board information system leave positive and meaningful impact by means of its effects on organization including human resources empowerment, organization structure and process, risk reduction, flexibility ,communication, time reduction, decision making improvement, knowledge sharing, risk reduction and applicability on organization performance from financial, customer, internal process and learning and growth dimensions.

Impossibility of Performance of Contract in the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods

The Impossibility of performance of the contract as an exemption from liability, arising from the breach of contract, is an issue which is discussed in the sale contracts. International Sale of Goods which is enacted in 1980, discusses the matter in its Article 79. The CISG abstains to use such terms as Frustration and Force majeure which are used in national legal systems. This prevention of using such terms thought to be the way that CISG keeps itself independence from national legal systems. As a result the CISG ordains its specific terms and conditions to set up the exemption for damages arising from the breach of contract by the person who has faced impediments and breached the contract. This research studies different aspects of the impossibility of performance of contract in The Convention on the International Sale of Goods, therefore not only it presents the concept and bases of occurrence of the Force majeure, it discusses applicable examples such as sanctions and changes in regulations as Force majeure.

Explaining the Relationship between Political Literacy and Intellectual Capital a Study in the Department of Education in Zanjan Province

The study responds to two key questions: 1. Which one of the political literacy components has a greater impact on intellectual capital and its components? 2. How are the quantity and quality of this effectiveness? This study is based on the relationship between political literacy and intellectual capital among the staff of the Department of Education in Zanjan province. According to objective, result and methodology, this study can be considered descriptive - explanatory, applied and surveying (field work), respectively. The study population consisted of consisted of 245 employees working in the general office of Department of Education, Zanjan. The sample size was determined as 152 subjects by simple random sampling method. The data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire. The research hypotheses were tested using the followings: Structural equation modeling method, dispersion indices, Pearson test and Kolmogorov–Smirnov test, Lisrel and SPSS applications. The results showed a significant relationship between political literacy that the components and intellectual capital. The results also indicated that political understanding and perception and understanding of national interests can increase the level of intellectual capital in the target population. Due to increased political issues and activities in Zanjan's Department of Education, providing useful programs to develop knowledge and gain social awareness and necessary skills in the field of political literacy in such organizations can lead to increased political literacy, and thus, it will improve the IC.

An Analysis of Role of Governmental Discretionary Punishments from the View of Iranian Jurisprudence and Law

The necessity of governing market is one issues covered under “probate” (hesba) and today is enforced within the governmental discretionary punishments in a modern form. Today with spreading of trade relations and existing evolutions in field of commercial contracts, the main issue of this study is about necessity of sup[1]ervision of governmental discretionary punishments organization on related litigations according to their special circumstances including challenges faced this organization. This research concludes that in spite of positive functions performed in regards of dealing with and judgment of the commercial litigations, the organization is faced several challenges which most of them are related to inadequacy of regulations of supervision on the commercial litigations and lack of clarity of hearing ones.

The paper attempts to identify stronghold legends Ferdowsi's Shahnameh, which is a stronghold of the Gngdezh is mentioned repeatedly. The castle is full of beauty and wonder, fort on the Gngdezh, the manufacturer of that its original location and there are many traditions that we have in this paper to study a more clear picture about the various resources. In this paper we examine the Var Jamkard (Dpy the Jamshid construction) likes Arkytayp Gngdezh multiple representations in Iranian mythology, let's check out these features and the trajectory of the emergence and evolution of their look.

The Effect of Mental Health on Job Satisfaction of Principals (Case Study: Islamic Azad University of Tehran-East Branch)

The main goal of current research is the effect of mental health of principals in Islamic Azad University of Tehran-East Branch on their job satisfaction. In order to reach goals of the research, theoretical basics and the research background inside and out of the country, were studied and then a set of theories, concepts, background, definitions and symptoms related to lack of mental health and job satisfaction. Then, the researcher has studied the job satisfaction by means of a mental questionnaire and a general health questionnaire consisting 30 four-choice questions. The statistical population of current research consists of all principals in Islamic Azad University of Tehran-East Branch whom some of them were selected as statistical sample. Data collected from questionnaires was analyzed by means of descriptive statistics and also by using the inferential statistics. The results show that mental health of principals affects their job satisfaction. Also various components of mental health of principals are effective on their job satisfaction. Another side mental health and gender of principals have influence on their job satisfaction. Major of study and mental health of principals are effective on job satisfaction and education level and mental health of principals affect their job satisfaction are other result of this research as well.

Special education presents one of the major challenges facing school leaders in this era of comprehensive school reform. Research suggests that the principal’s role is pivotal in the special education process; however, few school leaders are well prepared for this responsibility. School leaders across the nation are exploring ways to better educate students and improve school performance. School-based management offers a way to promote improvement by decentralizing control from central district offices to individual school sites. It attempts to give school constituents administrators, teachers, parents and other community members more control over what happens in schools.
