Traditionally, the basis for starting a family is marriage. Marriage is the first and most important stage in the family life cycle in which the choice of a spouse is made and success in other stages of life depends on success in this stage. Increasing attention to the role of burnout in daily life and its effect in relation to various aspects of personality and the methods that people use to deal with this stress has led to numerous studies. Evidence suggests that personality is associated with both burnout and coping style. Marital burnout is a gradual decrease in emotional attachment to the spouse, which is accompanied by feelings of alienation, apathy and indifference between couples to each other and the replacement of negative emotions instead of positive emotions. The final results of the study indicated that agreeing can predict marital burnout, but other factors do not predict marital burnout. Job-induced stress, if severe, can cause mental and physical harm to people.Objective: This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between job stress and general health in the military personnel of the 88th Armored Division of Zahedan Army in 2015-2016.Methods: This research is a descriptive-analytical study that has been performed on 120 personnel of the 88th Armored Division of Zahedan. Occupational stress (HSE) and general health (GHQ) questionnaires were used to collect information.Findings: The data obtained from the general health questionnaire show high anxiety in staff and the job stress questionnaire indicates a problem in the subscales of control and change. In other subscales of general health and job stress, no problem was reported and in general, the staff is in good condition. There is a significant relationship between general health scores and job stress at the level of pp <0.05.Conclusion: Each job according to its specific working conditions can be the cause of specific job stressors of the same job. The method of the present study is descriptive and correlational. For this purpose, 260 students of Sistan and Baluchestan University (104 boys and 156 girls) were selected using stratified random sampling method using the self-determination questionnaire (Sheldon and Desi, 1993) and the fascination status scale (Jackson and Auckland, 2002) responded. The results showed that the mean of students' self-determination and experience of fascination (122.91 and 39.07) with 95% probability, is higher than the expected average (108 and 30). The results also showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the perceived selection component and the experience of infatuation. (P˂0.01) and regression results also showed that the perceived selection component can predict the amount of infatuation experience. But the predictive power of the experience of infatuation by the component of self-awareness is weaker. Our statistical population covers 150 people, including 75 ordinary people and 75 addicts who were selected by random sampling. The research tools included Sherer's self-efficacy scale (GSES) and the Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation (BSSI). Pearson correlation and multivariate analysis (MANOVA) were used to analyze the data. The results showed that: self-efficacy is negatively and significantly related to suicidal ideation; i.e. suicidal ideation is decreased by increasing self-efficacy. Cluster random sampling was used to select 150 students (80 girls and 70 boys). The short form of Young's Schema Questionnaire (SQ-SF) and personal identity questionnaire were used for measurement. Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate analysis of variance were utilized to analyze data. The results indicated that there is a positive correlation between the identity crisis and initial maladaptive schemas (r = 0.45, p = 0.001). The instruments used in this research included Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) 1990 with validity and validity of 0.92, 0.75 and Welsh's Interrogations Questionnaire (MWQ) 1997 with validity and validity of 0.88, 0.79. For the experimental intervention (stress management skills training), the training package Saramak Immar (2001) was used for 8 sessions of 90 minutes. The statistical population included all eighth-grade female students in the first secondary schools of Jahrom. The sample subjects were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. So that two schools were selected from the first secondary schools and one eighth grade class was selected from each school and after the students answered the research questionnaires, 15 people Students from each school who scored low on self-regulated learning strategies and achievement motivation questionnaires were randomly assigned to two groups (experimental and control). The experimental group was trained in 8 sessions and at the end of the post-test sessions were performed for both groups. The data obtained from the research were statistically analyzed using one-way analysis of covariance with pre-test control. The results showed that teaching creative thinking has a significant effect on self-regulated learning strategies of students in the experimental group.
