Corporate entrepreneurship refers to the activities that enhance organization’s ability to innovate, take risk and seize market opportunities. It also refers to the development of new products or services, administrative systems and techniques, and the development of new business models and business ventures. Moreover, corporate entrepreneurship consists of the process where an individual or a group of individuals, within an established organization, creates an innovation or a new organization and is involved in the process of wealth creation. Therefore, the purpose of this paper, and a survey conducted for it, is to examine the impact of corporate entrepreneurship on business performance of Iranian large organizations.

Purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of strategic planning on performance (effectiveness) is Tehran Ayatollah Kashani hospital staffAbout where the research is Tehran Ayatollah Kashani hospital. The sample size was enumeration by using the sample size is forty. Data were collected by questionnaire and its validity and reliability were assessed. To test the hypothesis using Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney test and Spearman operation was Spss software The results showed that:1-According to the results of the Spearman test, compare the components of strategic planning and performance (effectiveness) staff Sig value obtained is equal to 0.022 So that the value is less than 0.05 between strategic planning and performance (effectiveness), there is a significant correlation between staff .2 - According to the results of the Kruskal-Wallis test between strategic planning and quality improvement obtained showed sig value is less than 0.05 And there is a significant relationship between strategic planning and quality improvement. 3 - According to the results of the Mann-Whitney test to find the relationship between strategic planning and performance Vylkasvn employees were The sig value is less than 0.05 Or equal to 0.043, which shows the relationship between strategic planning and performance (effectiveness) employees.

In this research, we meant to study the effects of entrepreneurship aspects on performance. Entrepreneurship aspects such as risk-taking, being active, progressive and innovative, and their effects one performance of small enterprises are studied. Risk-taking activities of entrepreneurs are consisted of tendency to use indicator factors for utilizing the opportunities and/or using strategies do not have certain consequences in business. The activities of entrepreneurs are related to their tendency for overcoming their rivals by means of two factors: progression and bold actions. Research methodology is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the statistical population includes all small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Arak, industrial city and by means of random sampling method, and 100 people were chosen as the sample. Questionnaire was used as data collection tool. From the amount and type of effects of independent variables on dependent variable i.e. enterprises’ performance, utilizing the information was the most effective variable on the enterprises’ performance. Then, entrepreneurship aspects and information acquisition were respectively other variables that have more influence on dependent variable i.e. enterprises’ performance.

According to the importance of information systems in Today's world particularly the mangers’ need for systems in field of business intelligence and organization performance management, Board information system was designed in 1994 in Switzerland for simultaneously economic and rapid development of performance management and business intelligence. It is used for effectiveness improvement and management decision processing, business intelligence ,business traffic analysis and performance management in an integrated environment.This study investigates the effect of Board information system on the organizations` performance taking into account the financial, customer, internal process and learning and growth dimensions. This study is practical research regarding to objective and a descriptive-analytical regarding to methodology. Therefore, the features and capabilities of Board information system are firstly examined by library and document studies approach then the effect of this information system on organizational performance is studied by forming a focal group session and performing meta-analysis. Results show that Board information system leave positive and meaningful impact by means of its effects on organization including human resources empowerment, organization structure and process, risk reduction, flexibility ,communication, time reduction, decision making improvement, knowledge sharing, risk reduction and applicability on organization performance from financial, customer, internal process and learning and growth dimensions.

It can be said that a good way of teaching can be assured of learning shows. An experienced teacher can use various teaching methods to achieve the highest possible level of education. Teachers must be allow to the students that achievement higher levels of learning. Collaboration in teaching methods are such as team effectiveness design, team member teaching design, assessment of performance, brainstorming technique, anonymous brainstorming technique, subject classification, individual learning procedure with the help of a team, research group, development groups and discussion method. Cooperative learning is one of the most remarkable and fertile areas of theory, research, and practice in education. Cooperative learning exists when students work together to accomplish shared learning goals. Each teacher can use cooperative learning experience in every cross. In this method the most preparing educational materials for teachers before class is done. Teachers with used this method in the classroom are very comfortable. Several studies showed that a good efficiency cooperative learning in the classroom and the students enjoy this method of learning. Teacher collaboration and professional learning communities are frequently mentioned in articles and reports on school improvement. Schools and teachers benefit in a variety of ways when teachers work together.

The present study investigates the effect and relationship between organizational promotion system and organizational commitment among the HRM staff of; thus, the main purpose of this paper is to determine the relation among the variables of employees’ job satisfaction or organizational commitment as well as providing scientific suggestions for improving the employees’ job satisfaction and as a result, increasing their organizational commitment. Hence, the present paper investigates the objectives such as relationship between the employees’ job promotion and satisfaction and their organizational commitment in human resource management and relationship between the employees’ satisfaction with salary and their organizational commitment.
